Standard room was booked very noisy and bed was rock hard. Upgraded room to pool side room and was slightly better. Cleaners forgot to give us towels and toilet paper so went to service desk at 6pm and was told that someone will drop off shortly. Nothing was dropped off that night so went to service desk that morning to complain that we didn’t have basic nessesities and gave me toilet paper and towels were finally bought to our room. 11pm the next day we were woken by cleaner knocking on our door and they let themselves into our room with a key to give us towels and paper they had forgotten the day before. We were asleep and was in total shock that they just came into our room uninvited at 11pm at night.

The staff at Naina Resort & Spa are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. However, there are a few things that need improvement. The toilet flush was difficult to use, and the water pressure was weak. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t cooling well. We also noticed cat feces along the walkway, which affected the overall cleanliness.
Another concern is that there is no elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Thankfully, the staff kindly helped us — we’re very grateful for their assistance. Big thanks to the team for their support!

Overall, the hotel offered a great experience. The rooms were spacious, the staff was helpful, and the spa was a highlight—definitely worth trying. However, the location of the property could be more convenient. One issue I had was with the staff’s ability to provide clear information; I had to look elsewhere for details about the public airport bus, which was frustrating. It would be great if the team were better trained in this regard. That said, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again if I return.

Pet friendly what I looking for but the room is very old and should be renovated. I was very unimpressed with the housekeeping. The bed sheets and towels were so old that I didn't dare to use them. Coz no matter how much I spent from the hotel is, the cleanliness of the equipment is the standard for hotels at every price level. Also I booked the deluxe room but I m not sure I got what I booked for, it was looked like a standard room. I’m very disappointed here.
However, all the receptionists and staff, especially in the restaurant, were all very nice.
My mother is a vegetarian. The chef prepared a special meal for her out from the buffet line breakfast. I appreciate it!
The view of the rice fields next to the mountain is fantastic. I have a toy dog good for him to walks around. Extra charge for pet was acceptable. And good location in town connect to 2 beaches.
Overall I’ll give 2/5 for this place. I prioritize cleanliness!!!!
