This was our second stay at the hotel, and we booked two pool access deluxe rooms. Before arrival, we requested two connecting rooms, and the hotel made the arrangements for us. The breakfast was nicely arranged; although the selection was not very large, the food tasted good and the environment was comfortable with air conditioning. The main pool was excellent for enjoying time with friends, and the pool bar’s half-price happy hour offer was a great deal. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, as we found insect droppings on the bed and had to ask the staff to change the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases immediately. Also, only two bottles of water were provided daily, which was quite insufficient—we hope the hotel can supply more complimentary bottled water.

直通泳池房住了三晚，體驗感非常不錯。早餐比較豐富，每天菜品會有所不同。帶孩子來就無腦沖吧！酒店出門左轉有一家稍小的711，右轉有一家較大的711。看自己喜歡。周邊餐館馬殺雞都不錯！去海邊較遠，走路的話10分鐘左右。當然酒店有接駁車可以接送！

第二次入住，這次安排房間位置不是很理想可能是入住太晚了，這次是新加坡麻袋最後一站泰國，前面耍的太累了，普吉衹想在酒店睡懶覺吃吃喝喝做做馬殺雞，麻袋沒看到的絕美夕陽在這裏每天都能能看到，周圍SPA也很多又便宜又舒服。

The hotel room was very dirty. There were many bugs and ants at the entrance. There were many unidentified objects on the floor that I didn't know what they were. There were blood stains on the sheets, the towels were very old and dirty, and the terrace glass door could not be locked. I notified the front desk of these problems, but they were fully booked so I couldn't change rooms. At the end of the check-out, the front desk actually wanted to fine me, saying that there were stains on the towels and the fine was 200 per piece, but we didn't use them at all. I was so angry, but the front desk said that because they appeared in my room, they had to fine me. I have never been so angry before. It was a really bad experience. The staff's attitude was also very bad. I asked her for her name, and she said it was a Thai legal issue and couldn't give it to me. I was really helpless
The towels were completely old and stained.
I really regret staying in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel at the first glance. Room was also good but the view to the pool was nice but we didn’t get one of those rooms. Our room was at the back (1301) and both views towards and from the room was disappointing — not what we expected. Hospitality was zero. Met the rudest receptionist ever that ruined our mood and stay. The hotel seemed to cater primarily to guests to one Asian nation as well… which significantly shaped the overall atmosphere.

I truly love the service here — the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
As a Muslim, I really appreciated their attentiveness. During breakfast, I was about to take a plate of spaghetti carbonara when two staff members quickly approached me. They kindly informed me that it contained pork and immediately replaced the dish without hesitation.
The next morning, they went above and beyond — monitoring my food choices and clearly labeling the dishes with ingredients like “Fettuccine with eggs” and “Noodles with squid.” It made it so much easier for me to enjoy my meals with confidence. That small but meaningful gesture truly touched my heart.
This trip has been an amazing honeymoon experience — peaceful and calming, even though we were right in the heart of town. It’s just an 8-minute walk to Kata Beach and 15 minutes to Karon Beach. If you love sunsets, I highly recommend Karon Beach — the view is simply stunning.
I will definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. The warmth and care shown here made this trip truly special.
