The hotel room was very dirty. There were many bugs and ants at the entrance. There were many unidentified objects on the floor that I didn't know what they were. There were blood stains on the sheets, the towels were very old and dirty, and the terrace glass door could not be locked. I notified the front desk of these problems, but they were fully booked so I couldn't change rooms. I really liked the hotel, nice clean rooms, towels changed and cleaning every day! The staff is polite. The pool is clean, also cleaning every day.
The breakfasts are varied, a very large selection, everything is delicious, lots of fruits and vegetables.
The only downside is that there are a lot of Chinese, A LOT, it seems like you haven't come to Thailand but to some Chinese province...
