Not bad

Its a hostel, even though the room looks great in the photos, just keep that in mind. Excellent for the price but no early check-ins. Key card didn't work in my room and the AC spat out ice chunks through the night.

Good location

The room was small even for one person. Most rooms don’t have windows but the ones that do suffer from traffic noise. Terrible communication- My flight was delayed so I tried emailing and messaging to make sure I’d be able to check in but received no reply so eventually I had to call. Staff could barely understand spoken English. Relieved to move out to another place

In the heart of Phuket Oldtown

Location is perfect if you want to spend time in old town Phuket ! Here in the Center of the Old Town area, only take a short walk to the Main Street. The hostel is very local and friendly, 4th floor is my private room with toilet in the room. big mirror. The bed not so comfy, and very dusty when I open the curtain. No lift only stair, need to walk up, suggest backpacker to go, or you better leave your luggage on the ground floor. For a short stay in budget is good to stay here I think. In the common area, provide fridge can use, I love the cold water inside can refill as much as I want, also room temperature water provide in the ground floor. I go on Fri-Sun , Sunday night market start at 4:30-10pm, the car not allow to go on the Main Street and all the shops open in the car road, you can buy all the drinks,food, shopping, souvenir. With local live music, some children’s sing and play instruments, with some seats, the mood is great.

Good location for Phuket Old town area and the staffs are very helpful.

Everything about this hostel is wonderful. The premise and facilities look fresh. The room is clean, the bathroom has adequate water pressure, and the interior is superb. The hosts were very hospitable, polite, and sweet. Wifi is excellent. Hot water may be available on the 3rd floor. No iron and iron board as I've seen. My TV (room 205) is not functioning, but it's okay. What is the purpose of a phone then? I can easily get the Bolt to the airport at 5:30 am in this place. Dropping off the key card in the designated place as instructed by the host makes checking out at 5:30 am smooth. I suggest this place to everyone.

A night in Old town was cool! No elevator and do not forget it called Hostel :) I had a great time!
