Except the location near the beach. The bedsheets are dirty to be honest, and the room is dirty too Bare minimum amenity.

Great place for quality vs price

Booked deluxe room but for standard instead, hotel management wanted me to be happy getting deluxe 2days after, insane. Towels with yellow stains and not sure if the bed linen was changed.

Stylish accommodation within a 5 minute walk from Kata Noi beach and about 25 minute walk over the hill to Kata beach and town. The room has everything you need for self catering (just ask for a kettle etc if needed). Staff are friendly and helpful. There is an on-site bar with great cocktail specials, beer and tea/coffee. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied.

Very well located hotel just a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, Kata Noi. Very clean, great staff, and everything is nearby.

Ideal hotel in terms of price/quality. No breakfast, no elevator, but the location is excellent, 3-5 minutes to the sea. Compact, very clean and modern room, friendly staff. Good infrastructure near the hotel.

One of the slightly inexpensive hotels on Kata Noi Beach. Not a bad option for a short stay. We were not checked in right away because of some problems with the wiring on the floor. The view from the window was right next to another building. There was no dryer in the room - I had to ask for one. Therefore, for a long stay I would recommend another place.

There is no elevator. I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor. The shower water was hot and cold. I booked for two nights but only stayed for one. The price of 400 to 500 per night is really not worth it.

The hotel is located 150 m from the sea. Small. The room has everything. Nearby there is a massage parlor, cafe, grocery store 7..

We booked a room with a balcony for 8 nights. Due to a flight delay, we were able to check in on the second day of our stay, the hotel was warned about this, we did not ask for money, since the delay in checking in was our fault, we understand everything. When checking in, we were told that they could not check us into a room with a balcony (which we would have booked), we needed to stay for 2 days in a regular room (cheaper), then move to a room with a balcony for the remaining time. We agreed with the woman at the reception that they would return the money for the first day of booking and the difference for 2 days of a room without a balcony due to the inconvenience caused, we in turn agreed to everything and everyone was happy. Result: the hotel did not return the money. I always addressed the fact that trip.com would return the money to my card. In fact, they lied in order to delay the time until the moment of check-out, and then no one would be able to approach anyone anyway and you can forget about the residents. We trusted this woman, in fact it turned out to be in vain, we paid the full price for the conditions that were imposed on us upon check-in. Think and decide for yourself whether you need such troubles in life, especially on vacation:) Trip.com, due to the impossibility of getting an answer from the hotel (the hotel simply ignored us after check-out, if I understand correctly) to our request for a refund, returned part of the money spent to us in bonuses, thanks to the service for this.

Cool hotel, super staff and wonderful beach. Near 7/11, clean!!! They clean it every day. All liked it )

The staff are very cute and friendly.
