The worst experience we ever had. We lost the key to the room (it was together with the safety box key), we informed the receptionist the night of the same day, he told us that we should pay 1500 baht. After 20 mins the same person told us that it will be 2000, the next day, the worst ever receptionist told us that it will be 3000 as the safety box needs to be changed (not the key to it which is more logical, but the safety box entirely, ridiculous..). We asked for any document, any proof stating the exact amount to be paid in case of lost key+safety box key as we did not see it in our room or anywhere else. She told us that she doesn't have information, they don't have any document, we should pay now or she will call the police the day we check out. When we told her to call the police right now, she refused and told that we should go there by ourselves. Even if we were very kind to her explaining our concern, she was very rude and angry at us the minute she heard that we don't want to pay the money until we see the document.
After, we went to the police, they wasted our time, did not help and told that if the receptionist keeps saying the same, we should call them to come to the hotel. By the time we returned to the hotel, the receptionist prepared the fake excel document ISSUED THE EXACT SAME DAY with their pixel-by-pixel logo, stating that we should pay 3000 baht. She told us that they don't have it in the rooms, but she asked the management, and they told her where to find the document. The receptionist even used f word when saying goodbye to us :)))
As a result, the management failed to teach their stuff to know even basic stuff and to be polite when it comes to the concerns of the customers. It was a scam and nothing else. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope they realize and fix something, or get closed...
