The bed is comfortable. It is very close to Karon Beach. We stayed in Building F, which is the farthest from the lobby. It takes only five minutes to walk to the small gate to the beach. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus. You can wait for three to five minutes downstairs to get on it. However, the hotel park environment is good. It is nice to stroll around. The pizza in the cafe downstairs of Building F is not delicious. The blueberry bread is delicious.

Had a wonderful time at the Pullman Beach resort. It is very close to the beach and the beach is very clean. If you get a newer and updated room, then the hotel is definitely worth the value. My first night I was in an older room, and I did not like it. The shower pressure was amazing in that first room though, and it was a beach view. Love the spa for a massage, but in regards to manicure and pedicure I will definitely never go there again. The lady was very rough on my fingers and toes but had a good attitude. Staff was attentive and all the food I had (breakfast buffet, snacks, dinner, room service) was amazing.

酒店位置不錯 過馬路就是沙灘 在這家酒店住了七天 度假感很足 但硬件設施和心目中的鉑爾曼還是有差距的 不過自然環境相當好 空氣清新 還有很多散養的🐔 並偶遇了孔雀🦚 小朋友玩的很開心 泳池很多很大 就是水有點冷 要出太陽的時候遊 喜歡沙灘旁邊的那個泳池 可能是太陽暴曬的關係 水温宜人

The other room was in the annex building with sea and garden views. You need to communicate with the waiter in advance to get a room. When I started booking, I saw the comments saying that it was not friendly to Chinese people, so I was a little hesitant. In fact, not every waiter greeted us with a smile and was very friendly.
