Quite satisfied! Located near the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. A secluded beach with minimal commercial development, it's very quiet and very nice! There's a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, so you can meet your basic needs. It's perfect for a quiet evening and a good rest. There are mimosas growing in the open space nearby, which is quite charming. The only downside is that they don't provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste.

We stayed at the hotel from early to mid-August. Overall, the hotel experience was pleasant. If we need to stay on Naithon Beach, we will consider this option again. Pros: 1) The hotel is new, which means all the furniture and plumbing are fresh, without scuffs or signs of mold. The mattress is simply amazing, the bed linen is snow-white, the pillows are soft. The view was of the jungle, and in the morning the birds were always singing ❤️ 2) The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a safe, a clothes dryer, a beach bag, flip-flops, the TV has access to YouTube (many TV programs, series and movies in Russian), a kettle, robes, large towels for the shower (soft and pleasant). Tea, coffee, sugar, dry cream, 2 bottles of water - replenished daily. 3) The location of the hotel is 5+. Within walking distance there is a Tops, cafe, massage parlors, currency exchange offices (but the rate there is slightly lower than in the green exchange office on the main street), pharmacies (I highly recommend the one on the main street, from the hotel you need to turn right after the Tops and you will find it almost immediately, the consultants there are knowledgeable and the prices are lower). 4) The pool is small, but clean. Beautiful wooden edging along the edges. The sun loungers are comfortable and new. Towels for the beach and pool can be taken at the reception, terry and soft towels. 5) The hotel staff is friendly, they responded quickly to all requests, answered all questions. 6) Wi-Fi works great, is available in every room. Cons: 1) Due to the fact that the hotel's room stock is on the 2-3 floors, the first floors are occupied by entrepreneurs. We lived in building "H" on the third floor and approximately below us (slightly to the left) there is a cafe. Naturally, all the aromas, the sound of moving dishes, etc. could be heard in the room or on the balcony. On the third floor, it was not critical for us, but on the second, I think it would be a problem. 2) When you enter the room, you will not find soap, cotton swabs, cotton pads (we asked and they brought us some, but they did not replenish them). There are no dental kits either, but this is the case in many hotels in Thailand now, and from experience we take them with us. 3) About soundproofing. We never heard our neighbors from other rooms, everything is fine in this regard, but if one of the neighbors simply goes up the stairs to their room, it can be heard. Once, my husband and I even woke up at night because people were leaving the hotel and talking loudly on the landing. 4) The cleaning schedule is, of course, a very sad story. They came to us at 9 am and at 5 pm. More often, of course, during the day - at 2-3 pm. It was impossible to guess what time they would come to clean up. But there are no issues with the cleaning itself, maybe sometimes they forgot to remove the trash from the ashtray on the balcony. To summarize: if you are looking for a good hotel on Naithon Beach for reasonable money, then I recommend considering this option. We were satisfied. General points: - we did not take breakfast, but it seems that guests are fed in the neighboring hotel (because the hotel definitely does not have its own dining room); - when booking, I indicated that we were newlyweds, so at the time of check-in we were in for a surprise - such a cute composition of towels (in the photo); - the beach, although dirty (after all, it is not the season and the sea is stormy), but we liked it; - the area is small, quiet and calm.
