Horrible.
Spiders and cobwebs everywhere.
Dirty, stained sheets with lots of hair.
The housekeepers changed the sheets several times, but they had stains on every single one—that's how neglectful they were.
I left before the end of my stay.
Luxury isn't marble and a swimming pool, but Presence, awareness, and cleanliness.
I don't recommend anyone staying at this establishment except for those who like to bathe in illusion.

我訂了小型泳池房型5晚，位置距離市區較遠，去到前台後，職員帶我走了一條很遠的路，去到度假村最入的房間，我問職員可否開電單車到房門口，職員說不可以，我每次出入都要走一段路，感到十分不方便。
另外，打開房門感覺房間很細，很有壓迫感，而且開門就見到對面房間，私隱度極低，房內的泳池再讓我感到奇怪，網上的圖片看不出來，一個長方形泳池在你床尾位置，沒有陽光，我都不敢下去游泳。
由於房間實物和網上圖片不符，因此我們決定不住，職員說我們可以同trip.com聯絡退款，可是申請後，酒店方面拒絕我的退款申請，日期亦不讓我修改，直接收取了我2000多港幣，而我並沒有入住，我感到失望。

Not a bad hotel, what's unusual is that there's a pool in the room, it's convenient to cool off in the heat since it doesn't get too hot from the sun. The refrigerator in our room didn't work, which caused some inconvenience.
