Possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms and pools were amazing, the food was top notch and the staff were kind, friendly and approachable. Even with some out of season building work the stay wasn’t disrupted. 5*

Pretty good overall. While there was no Chinese service available, and we checked in after 3 PM, the breakfast was delicious. The on-site restaurant was also quite good, and it's very close to Jungceylon, about a 10-minute walk.

Common Areas: The public spaces here are excellent, with a lovely little bar right by the pool.
Lobby: The lobby has a fantastic jungle vibe. The welcome smoothie upon check-in was absolutely delicious and incredibly refreshing, especially perfect for summer.
Bed: The bed was exceptionally comfortable; it's rare to find a hotel bed this good.

Best of the best hotel. Thanks Dinso for the hospitality while we stay in Thailand. Definitely deserve the 5 stars. All people really nice and give their best services. Food for breakfast so so damn delicious. Lot of varieties food there. We also enjoy the kids activity there and also try the dinner which so so great. 20% discount if you a member of IHG for the food and beverages. We tried the happy hour also for buy 1 free 1 cocktails. The room so so damn nice enjoy the view from the room. Recommended for couples or family. Will back for sure.

Everything is great, the design, decoration, concept are very nice and detail, the room is nice and great to have few rounds of happy hour throughout the day, and also great experience at 6pm ritual ceremony at the pool, and the elevator ride to villas and top floors also a great add on if staying there.
The location is about 10 to 15min walking distance to patong joycelyn mall, I think everything is good, but just hope to improve the step to the bathroom, I got tripped twice and not sure why it has such design which is hazard to walk in bare foot.

A hidden gem. It is very much like a jungle with an observatory lift connecting the pool villa to the main hotel facilities. The facilities are very well maintained.

The hotel’s design is unique, front desk staff were excellent, breakfast was delicious, and room decorations for our birthday and honeymoon were a nice touch,the view was great. However, after leaving the hotel, my wife told me that ordering room dining via QR code at night repeatedly failed with errors, so she calling the restaurant, the staff answering the phone told her to use the QR code, but when my wife explained the error message (that staff who seemed to have a Middle Eastern/Indian accent sounded somewhat impatient )since our native language isn’t English, the staff’s tone seems was unfriendly. When the food was delivered, the staff (who was friendly) again suggested using the QR code to order, which made us feel quite helpless—it felt like they thought we didn’t know how to use the QR code, when in fact it was your system error.
At check-in, we were told members get a 20% dining discount, but it wasn’t applied at checkout. Since my wife handled the checkout, I only realized this after we had left the hotel.
Overall, the hotel was great, but I hope you can be more friendly and patient with guests whose native language isn’t English.
