I came here for the waves at Patong Beach, and I made the right choice with this hotel! Surfboards can be left at the front desk and do not need to be carried back to the room. After playing in the sand and coming back to rinse off, I felt very relaxed in the spacious room. The front desk Chinese service can also help call a car and book a trip, which is very versatile. For sports enthusiasts, the convenience here is perfect.

I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is very well done in terms of details. From the moment I got off the car, a waiter helped me with my luggage, to the quick check-in at the Chinese front desk, and when I entered the room, I found it was larger than I imagined. Whether you need a towel at dawn or want to store a handbag after check-out, the 24-hour service is always online and impeccable.

Taking children out is like moving house, with a lot of baby carriages, milk powder, and toys. The large room of this hotel (absolutely more than 40 square meters) perfectly solves the problem of storing items. The Chinese front desk helped coordinate the crib, which was very considerate. The stroller can be stored at any time, which makes it easier for us to go to the beach. The 24-hour service also makes families with irregular childcare feel more at ease.

I was worried about where to put my luggage after checking out at noon, but I didn't expect that the storage service here was so convenient and safe. The front desk staff is fluent in Chinese and has zero communication errors. I must commend the size of the room, it was a surprise to stay in such a spacious place in Patong. There is someone on duty 24 hours a day, responding to needs at any time, and the service awareness is first-class.

When traveling with a best friend, safety and convenience are the most important things. This hotel fully meets expectations! The Chinese service communication is very smooth, and the 24-hour front desk makes us not afraid to come back at night. The room is 40 square meters, and two big boxes can be placed anywhere. On the last day, I left my luggage and went to buy souvenirs. It was easy and I was very comfortable the whole time.

After finishing the OW test, I came back all wet, and the spacious room of the hotel was just right to spread out all the equipment to dry. The Chinese front desk clerk also enthusiastically recommended a reliable diving shop. The 24-hour front desk and luggage storage are very important, allowing us, divers with non-fixed itineraries, to have no worries at all. The location is also good, it is particularly convenient to rinse after returning from Patong Beach.

“The nightlife in Patong is so exciting that when you come back after midnight, the hotel is still brightly lit, and the 24-hour front desk makes you feel at ease. The room is very large and the soundproofing is also very good, which does not affect the rest at all. The next day, I woke up naturally, left my luggage at the front desk, leisurely went to have a brunch, and the seamless service was amazing!”
