共住了五天
1，入住第一天游泳池凈水系統有故障無法使用，第二天修好了循環系統連續運行四天四夜，夜間噪音影響到一樓客房，另外電費也是由住客承擔的，期間反饋是否可以定時開啟，對方回覆不費電，無果
2，室外廚房木地板有損壞，懸浮地板下方深半米，腳踩空導致腿部直接受傷，入住時沒有任何安全提示和標識。 退房時反饋後，無果
3，退房時女傭十分失禮的去翻客人洗手間垃圾桶的垃圾找到煙頭，以在室內吸煙為名拒絕退還入住按金人民幣2000，且威脅要追罰泰銖20000。 真實情況：該卧室兩面通風帶陽台，吸煙時均在陽台，用水杯做了煙缸收集煙頭煙灰，退房時清理在垃圾桶。解釋之後對方態度惡劣，説什麼證據確鑿，搞的跟犯什麼罪了一樣，十分過分！
5，最終和攜程解釋的很清楚，攜程的處理方式很負責且人性化，直接先墊付並退回了按金
該別墅強烈不建議國人入住，避免踩雷受欺負
