The hotel is spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a game room, fitness center, and three swimming pools. The service is excellent. The only drawback is its location, as the beach is a 5–10 minute drive away.

Overall, the hotel was well-maintained, and the service was excellent :)
The beach was right in front, so we had a great time with the kids watching the sunset. Kata Market was a nice stroll away. While it was a bit disappointing that there weren't any massage or fruit shops right in front, and they were a bit of a walk away, it was perfect for our family (you have to factor in the kids' whining, lol).
The restaurants along the side road leading from the hotel to the beach were great! (The fried squid at the second place down the alley was delicious!!! Highly recommended!!!)
The pool was well-maintained, and the staff were all very friendly. I left something at my previous hotel, and Cindy took care of it for me!
