New World Phu Quoc Resort

We had a very good stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort. The staffs are very helpful, I would like to thank especially Guest regulation supervisor Ms Tram, for helping us during our check out. The breakfast at the Bay Kitchen has good quality. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Definitely recommend.

For example, we waited nearly 20 minutes for a buggy just to get to breakfast—walking would have been faster. The room was average and didn’t feel properly cleaned, as if housekeeping had rushed. At check-in, our towels weren’t ready, and it took an hour for them to arrive. The breakfast selection was also underwhelming, with limited variety and repetitive options. That said, there were a few positives: The swimming pool and kids' water park were fantastic—our children loved them. The beach was well-maintained, and we had an excellent dinner at **Lua**, where the service was actually attentive. Overall, if you're looking for truly top-tier service, this hotel may disappoint.
