"Solea Hotel is a nice, new place and just walking distance to the cable car and Kiss Bridge. Can also rent a motorbike which was super convenient. Only downside was my airport transfer didn’t show up even though I paid, so I had to grab a car last minute. Luckily, the staff apologized, explained it was a miscommunication, and refunded me through a Trip.com gift card. Mistakes happen, but I appreciate how they handled it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this hotel!"

"The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help when I mentioned the loud noise from the elevator right outside my room. They kindly offered to move me, which I appreciated. However, the new room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, likely from other guests smoking inside. It was especially noticeable in the evenings and mornings, and the bathroom smelled like an airport smoking room. I was promised another room change, but that never happened. Breakfast was good, though it became a bit repetitive after several days. The location was perfect, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by the noise, the smoke smell, and a lack of hot water that lasted an entire evening. We were told several times that it would be fixed “in 10 minutes,” but it ended up lasting from around 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Otherwise very nice rooms with everything you need. I just had very bad luck this time."

"Очень понравился отель. Удобное расположение. Взяли номера с выходом на море, прекрасный вид. Вечером прям из окна видно шоу, как на ладони. Очень чисто, убирали каждый день, новые номера. До пляжа 10 мин на такси или бесплатном автобусе, остановка в 2 мин от отеля. Рядом ночная улица местной еды и супермаркеты. Все в шаговой доступности. Рядом канатная дорога и мост поцелуев. Так же ходит автобус бесплатный в город, все просто идеально!))"

"Ben at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can rent electric scooters from him, which is super convenient for getting around Sunset Town. The egg coffee was delicious. The hotel's location is fantastic; the cable car station is right across the street. There's a spa right next door that I didn't get to try this time, but it's definitely on my list for my next visit. Oh, and a great perk: you can watch fireworks from the hotel room!"

Владелец очень отзывчивый человек, проявлял максимальную заботу о нас. Регулярно менял полотенца и белье. Расположение отеля тоже прекрасное - на спокойной улочке в минуте от центральной достопримечательности Grand world."

Seriously, 10/10 for the vibe. • The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and small requests feel pleasant. • The entire place has huge potential, especially if you’re into photography – aesthetic corners everywhere! ⸻ ❌ The Not-So-Great: • Sadly, some facilities were poorly maintained – especially the pool area. It really needs attention if they want guests to enjoy it fully. • Cleanliness was almost okay, but not quite up to expectation. • The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and the floor kept getting flooded due to a blocked drain. Quite uncomfortable. • The water kettle didn’t work, which was disappointing when I just wanted a warm drink after a long day. ⸻ 📝 Final Thoughts: This place has great potential, but it really needs serious upgrades to match the expectations of travellers. After a tiring day out, guests want comfort, convenience, and smooth facilities — not small frustrations. If improvements are made (especially in maintenance and cleanliness), I would definitely consider coming back. There’s something special about this place… just hoping it can truly shine like it deserves to."
