What truly stood out was the staff's exceptional kindness and constant smiles, no matter the situation. A special thank you to Tien Tien at the reservation center; her incredibly thoughtful and customer-centric service was truly outstanding. We would absolutely plan to visit again if we come back to Phu Quoc."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The service was truly excellent; the staff were incredibly warm, always smiling, and very proactive in helping. The biggest highlight was on my daughter's birthday evening when the hotel surprised us with a 'Happy Birthday' wish, a cake, and a card. My daughter was absolutely overjoyed, and it truly felt like a special celebration. Our four-night stay was incredibly satisfying. Although the rooms were a bit dated, it didn't dampen our spirits. The airport transfer service was fantastic."

"We booked a garden view villa but the 3 rooms and living room are all isolated. So going to another room have to wear slippers and cross few meters’ area without shelter. As the days during our stay were raining and there were no floor mat prepared for each room at the entrance, the rooms’ floor were messy and wet when we went in/out. I hope there is description about the separate rooms setting of the villa at the page of booking! The pool and the mini water park were nice and saved some score for this hotel."

"Pros: Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday. The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory. Cons: Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned. Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right."

"這間酒店位於日落小鎭半山腰，這算是日租套房，所以不會主動換毛巾及打掃房間，衞生紙不夠，都要主動自己去櫃檯要，簡單來說就是這樣的價格，也不用要求太多，喜歡正常的飯店服務，建議就選擇飯店會比較適合"
