Hotel is very near the airport which is a plus. Free airport transfers both ways. Front desk / restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch.
Pool is huge and staff are friendly. Nice cabanas and deck seats.
Gym needs improvement - no fan / ac, towels didn't seem clean and dumbells were a little rusty. Gets very stuffy in there too.
Room was a good size with great views of the ocean. Aircon in the room was a little warm during the day. More hooks can be provided in the washroom to hang towels or clothes. Our room didn't have a rack to hang our wet swim gears.

Absolutely amazing stay! The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the crystal-clear pool was perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, everything was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, highly recommended!

Everything about the hotel was great.
Except for the receptionist, we asked her for 10 minutes to leave, but she was extremely rude and forced us to leave immediately. They were two and a half hours late when we checked in, as she had entered the room at 7:00 PM.
We respected the hotel's rules and entry restrictions, and they didn't give us a single minute to check out.
Everything was great, but the mutual respect was lacking.
