Location is great. Private beach is nice. Chocolate hours is great. Breakfast n dinner is gready.Overall a good stay. Only need to improve cleanliness of housekeeping.

Extremely good value for money!
Though a bit more remote than most other resorts, it’s only a 20 min ride from the main spots (e.g. night market)
Rooms are well furnished and clean, also offers a great view of the ocean
Resort facilities are new and the pool is big with ample number of beach chairs
The highlight was definitely the buffet breakfast - a wide variety of food. Our favourite was the different choice of Vietnamese noodles served everyday.
All in all impressive for the price, will be back.

My experience at Movenpick in Phu Quoc was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding service that made me feel truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was remarkable, offering an extensive selection of delectable dishes that pleased every palate—each morning was a delightful feast!
The rooms were elegant and cozy, featuring beautiful decor that created a serene ambiance. I particularly loved the breathtaking views from my accommodation, which provided a perfect setting for my escape.

Hmmm…overall is a good hotel. However, I don’t feel it is a 5 star worthy rated hotel. We booked for 3 night stay and by the second day, while I was having shower, I ran out of shower gel. The amenities in rooms should be enough for the stay. The guests shouldn’t have to experience leaving the shower without a complete bath. Perhaps the bottles should be transparent so that the house keeping staff can easily see to replenish or not. The other issue we had was the staff at the bar doesn’t know the menu at all. We asked 3 times if the burger was beef, and she told us it was pork. We find it hard to believe but she insisted it was..so I ordered the fish and chips instead but a few minutes later a waiter delivered a burger to the table next to us and I asked the waiter if it was beef burger and he said yes. We try to change our order with another waiter and he tried to talk us out of it and told us it was 20 minutes wait simply because the fish and chips is ready. That’s very disappointing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one missed the mark!! Definitely not 5 star service
Having said all the able, hands down to their breakfast spread! Super delicious and the varieties is endless!

What an amazing hotel. A must stay when in phu quoc. Amazing view, superb pool, private beach. They have everything what one can dream of for a magical vacation. Pls visit Mövenpick. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was spotless, the swimming pool was spacious, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent — it offered a wide variety of options and changed daily, which made every morning a pleasant surprise. We stayed for four nights and were very satisfied with the entire experience. We would definitely love to come back again in the future!

Absolutely amazing hotel! One of the best I have stayed. Excellent communication from hotel staff. Great shuttle service from airport to hotel, upon arrival staff were outstanding! Great reception staff and the manager was so helpful and kind. Porters were welcoming and assisted to the hotel room. I was so shocked when I entered the room at how beautiful the view was!! Room was huge and very clean! Definitely book a balcony sea view room! You will not be disappointed! The hotel has many things to do, relaxation by the beach and the happy hour is worth it! The breakfast has plenty of varieties including chocolate hour is so unique! Room service was prompt delivery and worth ordering with plenty of options to cater for families. This was the best resort to stay when visiting Phu Quoc! Definitely recommend! Will definitely return! Hotel deserves 5 stars!!!!
