The hotel is located in a remote area and the soundproofing of the rooms is poor. Basically, you can hear the sound whenever someone passes by in the corridor outside. In addition, there is a large distance between the door and the ground, so insects can easily crawl into the room. This problem should be more serious for visitors living in the basement. 
The water pressure of the toilet shower is too low. The room only provides beach slippers, and no disposable slippers. The drinking water in the room is in glass bottles. Only four bottles of free water are provided every day, and the extra bottles need to be paid by yourself. The hotel staff's English level is average and communication is not fluent, but they are always willing to help solve problems. 
The hotel has a wide variety of breakfast foods and the environment is clean. The food at the restaurant near the pool is average quality but the portions are big. The hotel has a large swimming pool, a vast and beautiful landscape. The connected beach has a first-class view, and the sunrise and sunset scenery is breathtaking. 
In a word, the hotel room has a high CP value and is worth staying in as a hotel in the central and northern part of the country.

We stayed in a double room with direct access to the swimming pool. The environment was very good. The floor was made of wood instead of carpet, which felt cleaner. The only drawback was that the shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and sometimes very weak, which needs to be improved.
There are many choices for breakfast, and the quality is just okay.
The swimming pool has a nice view and the party atmosphere is also very good.
It takes about 20 minutes to get to Pearl Land and Wildlife Park.

One of the best beach resort stays till date. It's quite upscale and well maintained. Free chocolate hour and weekend pool foam party were the best memories for me. Beach is excellent

I was very disappointed by my stay, unexpected much better service from Movenpick.
The worst part is that the hotel is located near something that looks like a factory or maybe a recycling plant, and there is constant smog on the territory. We literally had to escape the resort everyday to breathe normal air in the other parts of the island.
The food choice was also disappointing, no seafood like you'd expect to have on the island.
But the hotel and beach are very clean. The housekeeping department really do the job well.
