I booked a family room for a family trip. The room was spacious, had an ocean view, and the sunset was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, and prepared a lunch box for us since we were leaving early in the morning. It was also convenient that it was close to the airport. You can use this place as a base to explore the whole island. Taxis are also cheap. I would definitely use it again. The night market is about a 10-minute walk away.

This hotel is a great hotel in principle. The rooms are very big. We stayed in a triple room with three rooms and a swimming pool. However, the cleaning is not up to standard. In addition, they use solar power to generate electricity. There is no hot water for showering at night, which is very bad. We also booked airport pick-up service but there was no response. However, the room is very big, about 120 square meters. I miss this reason very much, so I still want to come to listen to this room next time.

Overall the hotel is not bad but it is not five stars, maximum 3+. During nine nights THEY NEVER CHANGED THE BED LINEN. Towels were changed almost daily, room cleaning was 4. For three days I asked to put a second nightstand next to the bed (it should be there), at the reception I received all sorts of ******* explanations why they could not do this, one of the explanations was "such a design". The walls in the room are covered with some kind of wallpaper, most likely after the flood. During our stay there was a renovation in the neighboring wing and most likely because of this the pool near the hotel was closed, however the pool near the sea was open.
The breakfasts were wonderful, I think everyone could find dishes to their taste. Lots of fruit.
Another nice thing is the free transfer from/to the airport and the free bus to the city at 10:00.
The staff is friendly.
