Compared to other hotels for the price, it was so-so. The location is not good, and the room condition is just so-so... It's far, so you have to take a buggy to get there... The breakfast restaurant staff looked so tired that they kept getting angry... The staff who gave out towels at the pool were also completely unfriendly.

The rooms are spacious. But despite the presence of a stove and a sink, there are no dishes. They give you 2 cards that you exchange for towels when you go to the pool/beach. The territory is huge, tuk-tuks drive between the buildings. Tuk-tuks to the main gate are scheduled. There is no entertainment, as a remote place - ideal. There is a Z-Market one stop away towards Grandworld. From 15:30 - chocolate hour (without drinking).

Мне отель и местоположение очень даже понравилось. Единственное хотелось бы, чтобы стекла на балконе и окна в номере были чище. Закаты с номера наблюдала просто шикарные) На завтрак я не всегда наедалась, сложно было выбрать что то подходящее, азиатская еда мне не очень заходила, если постараться можно найти что то подходящее из еды. А вот в ресторане по меню мне всё нравилось из того что я брала, было вкусно, сытно. Несколько раз по вечерам был слегка неприятный запах, читала об этом ранее в отзывах. Но вид и обслуживание покрывают этот недостаток. Уборка каждый день. Очень нравилось что в этом корпусе тихо и спокойно, а если хочется движа, то можно пойти в другой корпус. Между корпусам и до главной дороги ходят шатлы, очень удобно. А так же бесплатные автобусы каждые 2 часа из аэропорта и в аэропорт.

You need to dig up information about all the hotel services and living conditions with pliers. I asked about the hotel app - they say there is no such thing. In the end, we found it ourselves. All the promotions and services were listed there and it was possible to order. If we had not found it, we would not have known about the chocolate hour or the buggy service. And even less about the restaurant and spa promotions. Otherwise, everything is fine.
