The receptionist spoke good English and was kind and nice. The delicate service was good, even the incense was burned in the room on the first day. It was said to rent a bicycle for free, but there was no such thing, and he said that he rented a motorcycle in euros every day. Everything else was good, but it was so hard to turn on the karaoke machine in the other bungalow in front and scream loudly. There is no reception at night, so I went directly and turned on the translator and asked for a little silence, but they didn't listen at all. The room itself was very nice. The location is fine when you walk out, but when you catch the grab, the articles arrive after a lot of wandering. That was a bit difficult. The environment around the bungalow was also not good. The room itself and bathroom are really satisfying! For the price, it's good value for money. Can't ask for a lot

Lovely and easy stay at this family owned hotel tucked in a beautiful garden setting. Laundry service was easy and helpful, pay per kg. Location is excellent and about 100-150 meters to the beach located across the main road. Owner helped us organize everything before arrival: motorbike rental, tickets to VinWorld, Tình Hoa Vietnam show, day trip to three islands which turned out to be our favorite activity! We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the kind and helpful service. We would stay here again the next time we come to Phu Quoc! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Besides the fact that you’re really going to want a place with a pool on Phu Quoc if at all possible, this place is moldy. The tropics are moldy, I get it, and everywhere on Phu Quoc is going to be a bit damp, but the smell hit me as soon as we walked in though the staff cleaned and brought in lemongrass essential oil. Towels, closet, etc just very strong of mold, and we ended up shortening our stay with a cancelation fee and going elsewhere. It was kind of the staff not to charge us for both nights we canceled. I will say—the gardens here are just lovely.

Probably the best place I've stayed at in Vietnam! It was super clean! The bathroom was neat tidy and clean ! Aircon was provided which was needed! The owner provided rental scooters which was convenient! The owner welcomed us and he was very friendly and helpful.
