I didn't like the hotel. The owner (administrator) saves on cleaning staff. The rooms are not cleaned every day, the floors are dirty even after cleaning. He also doesn't keep his word: one evening we agreed that I would rent a motorbike from him, and the next morning he didn't give it to me, because he considered my driving skills poor. I had to rent a motorbike elsewhere. The hotel was the cheapest at the end of December, but it is not the best in terms of price/quality. I'm sorry that I overpaid for poor quality service.
