The villa is well maintained and clean, staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. We left our kid’s blanket in the room and requested hotel staff to locate it. Their staff is very responsive and offered to send the blanket back to the hotel’s airport counter for us to pick up later for free. We are grateful for their great assistance.

位置很好，去北島所有景點都有接駁車。酒店服務也挺不錯的。房子很大，但挺舊的，外面的泳池是死水，游不了。最後一晚在酒店吃完自助晚餐，第二天居然急性腸胃炎，一直吐和拉肚子

We stayed in a two-room villa. The walls, floors, curtains, upholstered furniture were all stained. The carpet was chewed. The common room of the restaurant chairs were all stained with grease and chocolate. There was mold in the walls, and when we asked to change the room because of the children's allergies, they responded on the third complaint.

There is a zoo and amusement park near the hotel. There are free shuttle buses. The park is quiet and less crowded. Dukduk comes quickly. However, the room is average. The shower water was yellow on the first night and not hot enough. It was fine on the second night. The swimming pool is not too clean. The breakfast is good.
