Very good service from the hotel front desk and doormen, from check in to check out. The villa is fantastic, we had a good time here. Very spacious, perfect for family trip. Good variety for breakfast too. The location is not bad, we just grabcar to wherever we wanted to go to, pretty convenient.

The breakfast eaten in the main building was better than the other building where we were diverted. There were many and delicious items. It is very convenient to call a tuk-tuk from the room and go directly to the entrance of VinWonders Park. However, the entire park is too big and is full of villas. If you call a tuk-tuk, you may have to wait 15-20 minutes or more, which is quite inconvenient. Everything else is very good, and I am very satisfied with the room! It’s just that I stayed for two nights but there was no house keeping. I don’t know if I have to call to request it. Although there is a kitchen in the room, there are no tableware or pots. If necessary, you have to rent them from the hotel separately.
