I came from Taiwan for tourism. This time I booked the Sea Star Hotel. It has a good location. I booked 2 nights first and then renewed for 3 nights. Why did I have to pay extra? I don't understand. It should be an upgrade, but it was a downgrade. The attitude of the service staff was not very good. The only drawback

Property is nice but front desk service wasn't the best. My birthday and didn't allow us to even stay an extra minute in room. Resort was empty so we didn't understand why. Beach was nice but waves were rough.

We lived in a bungalow. Unfortunately, there is no TV, no chairs to put clothes or just sit. The furniture is old. Large cracks where mosquitoes fly in. Ants on the floor. I found out that the price in the hotel is more expensive than Tripcom. The breakfast is a buffet, good, but not varied. The beach is good, lots of palm trees. I won't stay there next time.

We stayed for 3 weeks. The location is ideal, right in the center. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help. Our room with a balcony was very pleasant and very clean.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection.
The pool is beautiful, as is the beach. Everything was perfect. We will return.
