This hotel is bad except for its location. 1. The room has no equipment at all. The sheets and pillows are old and smell. 2. The bathroom equipment is very old, many tiles are rotten, the warm water is hot and cold, and there is a problem with the water pressure. 3. The windows and doors are covered with dust and I dare not open them, otherwise a lot of things will fly in. 4. Breakfast is the same every day. The bread is hard to eat and there is very little fruit. 5. The swimming pool is beautiful outside, but the water is acidic. I suspect the water pump is broken. The water will make people sick. Acidic water means serious pollution. Also, the swimming pool tiles are very slippery. In addition to me falling, my family also fell. It's very dangerous. I hope the hotel will know and improve it. 5. Except for that man, the other women in the staff are generally wooden. 6. This hotel has serious management problems. Apart from their daily routine, they have no intention of maintaining or managing the hotel. I have lived here for five consecutive days so I have some understanding of this place. Hotel near Long Beach. Bungalow next to the pool. The room is large with a huge bed. Comfortable bathroom and toilet. We stayed for one night on the day we arrived in Phu Quoc; there was no desire to stay for more days. I chose a room for one day to leave things for a trip to the cable car. The hotel is old, with Vietnamese retro design of the rooms. The rooms are large, spacious, the bed is huge with a slightly hard mattress. The hotel consists of two parts, the second is the buildings across the street with access to the beach. The beach all along the coastline is good with clean sand, a few bars. The pool is big and clean. The staff is trying, but new management and mandatory renovation of the rooms is needed. Breakfast is normal, everything is in line with the price. You can change dollars at the normal rate at the hotel. Near the main supermarket King Kong, many cafes. All at a low cost. If you need a beach and a comfortable stay, you can search nearby, but it will be a little more expensive. Only for a very budget holiday.

We booked a bungalow at the pool and got the noisy and worn down bungalow closer to the beach. It was very loud until 2am, and were called troublemakers for requesting the bungalow we asked for. Other guests experienced the same & have been told rooms weren’t ready. They really need to upgrade the bungalows. 1x plus: cleaning lady was very friendly.

Breakfast - as shown in the photo. A couple of salads and maybe a plate with a piece of sausage. When I asked where the normal food was - they answered that it was not the season for us now, we do not cook, but in that case the question is - why the hell are you renting out rooms and selling tours with breakfast included??? The bed linen was all torn. Someone's hair - you can see it in the photo. When this was discovered, we asked to change it - to which we were simply handed new linen and told to change it ourselves. By the way, we never received the whole linen. Regarding the beach - they write that this is a good beach - don't fall for it. The beach starts with rocks. Music 24/7 - like a Chinese stall. The beach is dirty - they rarely clean it. There are no sun loungers. The pool - the tiles in the pool are all broken. You can cut yourself. The water is dirty, there are midges, flies floating around, etc. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel, even for pennies - dirt, unsanitary conditions and lack of service.

Terrible hotel, no private beach. No Wi-Fi in the room, cleaning every other day, although the key was left specially every day at the reception, towels were changed themselves, no service. When checking out, it turned out that the water in the room was paid, no one informed us about this upon arrival.

No, the rooms don't look like the photos, we are in a dark brown room with just blackout curtains - we live in the dark where everyone sees us! The air conditioning is not efficient, the fridge stops as soon as you remove the key so it's not cool The staff is not very friendly

Great hotel for the money! Swimming pool, breakfast, sea! Within walking distance are shops, bars, restaurants, massages... all requests are fulfilled the first time and in 5 minutes. There are old rooms by the pool and new bungalows on the beach.

Very good, we are very satisfied with our stay here. Rooms are cleaned every day. Walking down to the beach just a few steps from our room even though we booked a superior room, the swimming pool was great.

Location close to the beach, beautiful swimming pool, many trees, spacious bedroom, breakfast with few dishes but very delicious. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. In the afternoon, swimming at the beach at sunset, you can feel the feeling of enjoying your vacation. In the evening on the beach, artists play DJ music and have great fire dance performances.

Тихий спокойный отель недалеко от пляжа, буквально 5 минут. Зелёная территория. Нормальный номер и завтраки. Главные преимущества это близко от дороги где кафе магазины и рестораны и близко от пляжа Лог бич. Есть конечно недочёты но и отель не позиционирует себя как 5 звёзд. Вечерам возле бассейна с друзьями на посиделках. Можно плавать ночью. Никто не гоняет. За свои деньги отличный отдых. Не ищите минусов ищите плюсы и будет всё ок.
