Quite old but spacious rooms. Unfortunately all the water pressure was so low that of was difficult to take a shower. It took me 20 minutes to just wash shampoo off my hair. No amenities except a shampoo and liquid body wash/soap. Lots of small ants so it was impossible to put any food or containers on counter top. Toilet also didnt flush well because of the water pressure. However, if you want a spacious room with your pet (300thb/ pet) I guess its not too bad.

The place is a bit faraway from downtown Pattaya, quite difficult to find a ride. Was worth the price though, decent vibe and a great place for friends and families

Old hotel, old rooms, complete amenities. Good service staff But everything looks old The stairs to the second floor were steep, narrow, and slippery. The door had signs of break-in. The entrance to the hotel is a narrow alley, not next to the sea, a short drive away. But the road has no lights and is lonely.

We stayed with our family of four. The room was very large and we could all relax on the first floor. However, we could only watch one channel on the TV. The bedroom on the second floor had a balcony by the window, and the air conditioning was cold, and the bathtub was hot, which was nice, but the shower bath in the bathtub was not usable. The other bedroom had no air conditioning. There was also no hot water. A hotel staff member came, but the air conditioning did not work. This was my first time staying here, and it was disappointing that the building and rooms were great, but the maintenance was not done properly. Breakfast was an American breakfast eaten in the room, but coffee was not included, so we were told to come to the restaurant to get it. The appearance was great, but the service was only at the top level. If there are no improvements in the future, I think the number of guests will decrease in the future. I hope that they will be able to understand the feelings of the guests and make it new.

very quiet. The store manager sister is very nice and can speak Cantonese. The first floor is the living room and the second floor has two guest rooms. It is very cost-effective.

The house is pretty good, but it's too far from the city and it's inconvenient to travel.

The rooms are large and all are suites, but the air conditioner in the hotel I stayed in was leaking, and the floor was full of water when I got up in the morning. Another disadvantage is that the facilities are very old

The entrance is not clearly marked. Must see from Google, good atmosphere, peaceful, beautiful, clean rooms, a very good value accommodation, go to 4 people, get a room with 2 bedrooms. Who is looking for accommodation in this area? Recommended here

The room is spacious, has up to 2 floors, but is stuck at the stairs to the second floor, very steep and very narrow cut. The elderly can hardly walk and have no handrails. The first floor is comfortable, with full facilities, sofas, kitchen equipment, free grill. and pets are welcome

Very poor, many ants, no hot water! The place is inconvenient, and it is very noisy all day long, with a lot of weird noises.
