Hotel provides shutter bus services to popular locations. It saves money.
Hotel is close to the Vinwonder. It saves time
However, the selection of restaurants in the hotel is limited and you don't have too many choice

Vinpearl resort and spa is within Vinpearl complex which includes a Safari and a theme park. It is good value for money if you goes with small children and purchase a package with 3 meals and theme park tickets included. If you purchase only the room, the buffet will be VND 550,000/person and dinner is VND 730 000 per person. Restaurants within complex is quite expensive. I would recommend taking a taxi or a buggy to near by complex called Grand World to have other choices. It only takes 5minutes to get there. That area mostly serves evening crowd, it is quiet during lunch time. The hotel is quite isolated from the rest of the island. The room is spacious and clean. The food is ok-is, while the local food outside has much to offer.

I went there with a friend last year and liked it so I came back with my dad.
We booked a total of 2 nights, each room.
We booked a room with breakfast for 2 and Vinpearl Safari for 2, a room with breakfast for 2. We booked 2 rooms for 2 and only 1 person stayed in each room, but we got an absurd answer that 1 person could not use Safari.
Also, we arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time, but 1 hour after check-in time (2 hours total wait), only 1 room was available for check-in, and we were barely able to get the rest of the rooms about an hour later.
The reason was that the room cleaning wasn't finished^^..

The breakfast, pool, and location of the accommodation are so beautiful, but it seems to have changed a lot from Phu Quoc, which was so friendly last year, so it's a shame.
There is a free shuttle from the entrance to Grand World, but I wanted to ride a tuk-tuk, so I asked about the price and they said it was 1000k. I thought you said 100k wrong^...^
Still, the facilities are good value for money for a family trip.
