The hotel is maximum 3+ stars. Good coast with a small beach and a beautiful pool by the sea. The beaches in the south of the island are more beautiful and the sea near the hotel is cleaner. The territory is green and well-kept. Good average breakfast. Disadvantages: old rooms and furniture, bed linen and towels are old and very shabby with holes. The hotel is located far from the road and without transport (it is difficult to get out by scooter or taxi). The service is unobtrusive, but all the employees are kind and responsive. In the room, guests are provided with heavily used flip-flops and Vietnamese hats.

The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.
