The Shells Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

The hotel is family-run and quiet. The beach and sea are all clean. The service is excellent. We lived in a bungalow, spacious and bright, with comfortable air conditioning. The only downside is that there is only one restaurant on the premises and it has a small menu and high prices. The food delivery saved us. Otherwise, everything is great!

This time I went to Phu Quoc Island for 6 days and 5 nights and stayed in 3 hotels. I stayed in this hotel for one day. Since check-in is only available at 2 p.m., I came over from Best Western in the morning to put down my luggage, and then went to Phu Quoc World to play I sent a message to the hotel’s Whatsapp around the same time, but there was no reply for a long time (I then used Whatsapp to find the front desk several times to ask other questions but got no response). I thought it was already past 2 o’clock and I should be able to check-in and go back directly. Got it I was wrong... In the end, I waited at the hotel for 2 and a half hours and almost 3 hours before I could check-in... It was starting to get dark, the whole day's schedule was gone, the swimming pool was about to be closed, and the canoes on the beach It's about 5 o'clock, and there is nothing to do. It's just a matter of going to sleep... and the hotel gives away a few free drinks. In room 423, there was the sound of water pipes pumping in the toilet all day long. I listened to the sound of water pipes all night and couldn't sleep well. excellent 1. Quiet, deep in the bamboo forest, far away from the city 2. The room is really big and well cleaned (that’s why the room delivery was late) 3. There is a tram to and from the park 4. It is relatively close to the northern part of Phu Quoc Island, so it is okay to go out to find food. 5. Canoes are free, and life jackets can be borrowed (free) inferior 1. The portion of food in the restaurant is a bit small... (The Hawaiian pizza is not delicious, it may be better to change to something else) 2. The beach area is a bit small.... 3. The breakfast restaurant is a bit hot 4. Employees smoke in the park, which somewhat ruins the atmosphere of the entire comfortable environment. There are many cigarette butts underground. suggestion 1. You can turn up the air conditioner for breakfast 2. Consider providing free shuttle buses to nearby places (such as Phu Quoc World/Malaysian Road/Bus, etc.)

It's good for those who spend time in the resort. It might be inconvenient for those who visit frequently.

The design of the room is very modern, clean and tidy, equipped with a large bed, flat-screen TV and coffee machine. The bathroom equipment is also very luxurious, and the hot water supply is stable, allowing me to enjoy a shower comfortably. I felt so relaxed every night as we sipped coffee on the balcony and watched the sunset.

선셋타운에서 꼭 가야되는 호텔 베란다에서 레이저쇼와불꽃쇼를 맘껏 볼수 있는 훌륭한호텔 조식도 넘 고급지급지고 맛있으며 수영장도 넘깨끗하고 인피니티풀에서 바다를 바라볼수있어서 넘좋당 선셋타운에서 야시장까지 도보로10~15분정도이고 근처에 스파삽도 많아서 거의 다도보가능 다만 아직도 공사중이어서 소음이 장난아님 새벽3시까지 공사로 인하여 잠은 설침 ㅠ
