購買服務，層層收費，我是願意付錢的。個案分享，購買一服務遊覽四個小島，開價4.5 M VND，包午餐，船家帶我哋去到第一小島，自費海底觀光，1.5M 一個人，我們付費一人，跟住去到第二個小島，浮潛，上到浮台，什麼都沒有說就開始介紹設施套餐，ABC，0.5M VND開始，因為我們什麼都沒有，又付費0.5M, 我們大約玩咗30分鐘就離開，去到第三個小島午膳，喺船上介紹珍珠蚌40K VND /1KG, 我見佢哋辛苦，我又說OK，上到小島，叫我們點餐，全部要付費，高尚餐廳收費，乞兒地點用餐，我跟他說，我們整個行程是包含午餐，但現在這樣，我哋唔食，仲有一個小島，沒有羊腩，我們便回程，回到上船地點，我們給了船家20K VND 小費。回到上船地點，司機來接，我們跟司機說，因為這裏附近沒有地方吃東西，我想一個景點食點東西？ 按摩，食晚飯，然後通知你再來接，這個是先，我購買套餐的時候已經跟都是負責人說，他說冇問題，4.5M VNND 就是這樣來的，我說吧，司機就說如果這樣加一個行程，要加10M, 我想了一想，又說OK，車開了一會，司機再用翻譯機同我講，佢話我哋食完晚餐，可以自己安排車回酒店，又或者他安排車來接我們，跟住我跟他說說，哪裏都唔去，直接回酒店。這是我們的一天旅遊體驗

酒店住宿體驗評價 今次入住呢間酒店，整體來說有優點亦有不足之處，同大家分享下我的體驗。 地理位置： 酒店地理位置一般，從機場出發大概需要30至40分鐘車程，不算太方便，尤其是如果夜晚到達或者趕時間的話，可能會覺得有啲遠。不過酒店有提供接駁巴士來往機場，對於旅客來講都算係一個加分位，可惜班次唔多，需要預早計劃時間，否則可能要等好耐或者要搭的士。 房間設施： 房間空間算係寬敞，整潔度都OK，但最大問題係冷氣嚴重不足。夜晚睡覺時覺得好悶熱，即使較到最凍都係唔夠涼爽，對於怕熱嘅人來講真係幾難頂。幸好酒店有提供坐地風扇，可以稍微吹散啲悶熱，呢點都算係佢哋嘅補救措施，值得一讚。 酒店服務與設施： 酒店園內有哥爾夫球車接送，對於喺酒店範圍內出行幾方便，尤其係如果住嘅地方離大堂比較遠，呢個服務真係幫到手。員工服務態度都幾好，有問必答，樂意提供協助。 早餐： 早餐方面，食物選擇一般，味道普通，無乜特別令人驚喜嘅菜式。如果對早餐有要求，可能會覺得有啲失望。不過基本嘅嘢都有，可以填飽個肚。 總結： 呢間酒店有佢嘅優點，例如哥爾夫球車接送同接駁服務，但冷氣不足同地理位置偏遠係比較大嘅問題。如果係怕熱或者對交通方便有要求，可能要考慮下。價格如果合理的話，都可以一住，但建議管理層改善冷氣問題同增加接駁巴士班次。 希望呢篇評價幫到大家！

訂了pool side villa 一家四口入住，小朋友很喜歡，房間非常大，而且很乾淨，浴缸也特別大，小朋友很享受浸浴。villa 外面就有游泳池，游水很方便！不過酒店的私人沙灘就一般，沙灘上有些垃圾，所以不想逗留很久。不過整體感覺都不錯。

I stayed here many years ago and always thought it was great. I stayed again this time and it was just as good. The environment is nice, and you can call for a shuttle bus to get in and out. The pool is quite large, but the spiral staircase leading down is very slippery, and I fell several times. The most memorable thing was using their airport shuttle service. I didn't quite understand their etiquette. When they parked at the airport, they said they wanted to chat with us. We didn't speak the same language, and even using a translation app, they said they wanted to chat with us, which we didn't quite understand. We were in a rush, and they didn't ask us to get out of the car to get our luggage. They just chatted with us while we were in the car. Finally, they used a translation app to translate what they meant, "How should we pay him?" Only after we gave them a tip did they let us get out of the car to get our luggage. Since we were short on change and our tip wasn't enough, they let us go, looking rather disgusted and reluctant. I hope everyone avoids using their airport shuttle service. I've never had this happen with another hotel's airport shuttle service before.

This is the first time I've truly considered writing a review for a hotel. I had some initial concerns after reading the reviews, but after spending three days here, I feel it's completely worth the price. Let me share my personal thoughts on the pros and cons, hoping they'll provide some valuable insights. First, the cons: 1. The fabric chairs in the room may have some noticeable stains, but the bedding was clean and soft. 2. Because of the garden view, there were occasionally one or two small ants in the room, but I found that perfectly acceptable. 3. The toiletries bottles may have some noticeable stains and wear, so I recommend bringing your own. 4. The hair dryer wasn't very effective; it broke after less than a minute, but I was too lazy to ask the front desk to replace it. 5. The beach is a small, private beach. Pros: 1. The room was incredibly spacious; I think it would be more than enough for three people, and there was a bathtub, which was very relaxing. 2. There were plenty of windows, so every morning I woke up to a lush greenery, which was very relaxing. 3. The food was delicious and perfectly suited my taste. I've seen some comments saying it's more expensive than elsewhere, but I haven't eaten out since I've been here, so I'm not sure. But I think the prices are completely reasonable, even quite affordable. Everything is freshly prepared, which is rare in this age of pre-prepared meals. It can also be delivered to your room. After you finish eating, you leave your tray at the door and the staff will collect it. 4. The hot water is scalding hot; it's basically hot within seconds of turning on the faucet. 5. The staff are incredibly friendly. At least the few I encountered always served with a smile. The room is cleaned daily and they won't mess with your belongings. 6. My room was the farthest from the beach, but it was less than a three-minute walk to the restaurant and the beach, which is very convenient. There's also a shuttle service if you don't want to walk. 7. The pool is clean, and the staff pumps and drains it every day. 8. The hotel has a very cute cat who's very friendly and not afraid of people. I stayed at this hotel for the three days I was in Phu Quoc. It's really perfect for a vacation. There are not many people, and if you get up early in the morning, you can basically have the beach to yourself. There may be fewer activities, but I like my solitude, so I don't think this is a drawback for me. Overall, I highly recommend it. I'll stay at this hotel again when I visit Phu Quoc next summer.
