Worst experience. The moment I reached I was informed that there's no room available for me. The staff then arranged a cheap hotel nearby for me. Very disappointing. Booked for 2 nights but only gets to stay for second night at the actual apartment. The apartment they gave me is only at level 4 half of the Seaview was obstructed. The booking mention that I was supposed to get floor above 10 floor. The staff was very unhelpful when they were trying to get me new hotel. The guy literally sleep at the lobby while I'm helpless. Their WhatsApp was hard to contact the so called manager. The amenities in the toilet was empty, no body shampoo no soaps. The staff tried to give me service recovery by giving me kiss Bridge ticket which I already got. At the end they only compensate me late check out at 2pm.

這間酒店位於日落小鎭半山腰，這算是日租套房，所以不會主動換毛巾及打掃房間，衞生紙不夠，都要主動自己去櫃檯要，簡單來說就是這樣的價格，也不用要求太多，喜歡正常的飯店服務，建議就選擇飯店會比較適合

Отличные апартаменты, местоположение, вид, этаж, всё супер. При заселении, менеджер был не компетентен, пришлось побегать за ним, советуем иметь интернет и сразу писать владельцам. При обращении к владельцам через мессенджер все вопросы по наличию кухонной утвари, вешалок, и других бытовых вопросах решались сразу, за оперативность большое спасибо. Совет владельцам - с менеджером надо бы провести беседу о том как он проводит заселение, ни чего не предлагает гостям. Гости сами должны решать все возникающие проблемы. И полы конечно надо мыть, и для удобства гостей приобрести швабру. В целом, данные апартаменты рекомендуем конечно, владельцы молодцы, все вопросы помогают решать. Мы очень довольны, провели великолепно свой отдых, каждый день смотрели салют.
