Emerald Hotel Residence Reviews

If you are looking for a clean and quiet place, this is the one. The 4-beds dorm is spacious, and there's plenty of space to leave your stuff. The only things that I would improve are: - the showers in the dorm are flooding the toilet, some curtains would help - there's a kitchen but no tools, no plates, and no cutlery, so it's impossible to cook. (But it's good that you can still use the fridge) - bunk beds are noisy

Good hostel but some basic things are missing. No curtains on the top bunks, nu shelf, no lightnight in the berths.

Clean, well prepared for customer and good service.

The room is clean and acceptable, but there is a little noise in your hotel. If I have the chance, I will go again, but I will ask for a single room and a slightly lower price. Thank you 😊😊

The advertisment is not accurate. I have to pay again at the hotel. Midleading and I felt cheated. There's a lot of cheap hotel and I fall for this trap. Never again with this emerald hotel. 1/5 star

Pots were dirty and a dead cockroach under the sink where crew didn’t clean until I requested to be clean twice.
