"I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to ”immediately move to De-Lux suite” that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.
