Pet friendly Hotels Batangas

The environment is excellent for a holistic health resort. Wrapped within a forest with lots of trees and organic farming all over the place. Good: Spa treatments were really good. All therapists very professional and I had an extremely good experience. To improve: - it's 2 hour drive from the airport. The resort does not provide shuttle service from airport, I had to find my own transport. Lucky I found a very reliable and good driver. - customer service not up to such a luxury resort level. Some of them are good but some seem to be quite reluctant in answering requests. Like when I make booking, it takes them forever to reply, and no following up. I also sent my health report as requested at reservation, they never read it and still ask me about it when I arrive. What's the point. - food could be better. - decor and songs in the rest very outdated.

I was in CaSoBe with my family in February 2024. It has been a great holiday! The sea view from our cabin, the beach sunsets and the big swimming pools were a hit. The personnel of the resort were really friendly and always ready to answer our needs and questions. In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Alexis, who accompanied us in some trips around the area. He has been so kind and friendly with us and our kids and showed us all the best spots to visit, allowing us to experience the real Filipino life and tastes. A special thanks also to Marcus, from the resort management, who contributed to make our holiday memorable. We highly recommend Calatagan South Beach resort for any visitor who likes to find a clean, friendly and relaxing environment for his holiday. We hope to be able to go back sometime! Chiara

Thank you for the warm welcome of the staff and owners. Everyone has been really helpful. Food is nice and cheap, rooms and resort are well maintained. There is scuba diving to do, don't expect too many divers to do group trips though. I went there with my family and it was great.

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). My third time in aquaria but first time staying overnight and it did not disappoint. Casobe just keeps on improving everytime we go back and its services never fail. We loved the cocoons, its good for stayinf overnight you wont really need a big room coz your out to play in aquaria and beach, but they made the cocoons so cozy and complete with towels, kettle , toiletries and coffee. Level up glamping i guess 😅 the shower and toilet is a common access but we didnt have any hassle at all it was clean! We'll definitely come back!

Accommodation & dining was mediocre. However, the diving was AMAZING; facilities and quality of the diving equipment are seriously good and well maintained. The dive master was exceptional and the dive shop offered great service including all the boat crew. Would have given a 6 star rating for the diving only. Beware when booking via trip.com, there were massive issues and the reservation was recorded in the resort's system until I followed up with trip.com - quite a hassle.
