"Отель стоит на горе, прекрасный вид. Но нужно понимать, что это не пляжный отель. Формально есть выход на пляж от бассейна, но он очень крутой и в жару подняться от моря это занятие только для подготовленных физически людей. И он дикий.
На морской пляж нужно ездить на машине 5 минут Maya Beach, парковка+два лежака+зонт 35 евро в день. Полотенца свои.
Завтрак вкусный, но все 4 дня был одинаковый.
Сам отель чистый и уютный.
Далеко от цивилизации , стоит один на горе.
Есть много мест для парковки.
Есть платный трансфер в Таормину.
Ужин за 35 евро нормальный, но без восторга.
Вечером есть шоу программа."

GGio MelcarneWe were very happy to have a very good stay at Hotel Villa Angela, and we would like to thank the staff for the great kindness and attention of our staff every day.
The room was spectacular: comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a delicious hydro and a balcony with a view of taking the mouth. We had the luck to see an Ethna eruption in a silent morning... a show of nature that we will never forget.
The breakfast is very rich and well-thinked, with various Sicilian specialities, sweet and salty, and the cassette cake we eat on the first day was, without exaggeration, divine.
We decided to dine in the hotel restaurant last night and it was an excellent choice: the dishes were very well prepared and harmonised with a light and delicious rosé wine.
The hotel still offers an excellent transfer service to the historic center of Taormina, which allows us to quietly alternate walks with rest times at the hotel.
Maximum note, with praise. We are already making plans to come back!

MM489593****Goethe once said that without Sicily, the soul of Italy no longer exists. This is the key to everything. Taormina is the most beautiful place in Sicily. Although there are many tourists, you can still find a quiet corner at the Old Palace Hotel. The hotel is a small boutique hotel built in the middle of the mountain. The room on the waist is very large, facing the sea. The toiletries used are Spanish brand etro. Breakfast is a la carte. The omelet is delicious. The hotel staff are very warm.

MM45215****The room was very satisfied. On the 2nd floor, I didn't imagine the music on the roof at night. The highlight was that there was free lemonade at the front desk and you could help call a taxi to the bus terminal (note that when the taxi checkout, make sure that they are the same as said in advance, they may temporarily increase the price). We have been allowed to climb the stairs according to Google Maps navigation. Later, we contacted the hotel to inform us that there is no way to climb the stairs, and arranged for someone to pick us up. It felt very good. Taormina is on the mountainside, with a certain slope, and it is really awkward to drag the luggage. There is a bus stop sign at Taormina Railway Station. You can sit on the mountainside or the top of the mountain. When the car is coming, there will be a special cashier to collect the money. One person will come to the mountainside.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a good location, the overall room size is reasonable, tidy, the breakfast is also good, , but the price is not very attractive. The hotel staff was not very polite. We were in a hurry when checking out, but the staff preferred to continue chatting with other customers rather than taking our check-out key. It was not until I expressed many times that I really had to catch the bus that the staff reluctantly took my key.

GGuest UserОтель не 4 звезды. Когда открывался, может и были эти звезды для 90х годов, но с тех пор ремонт не делался, судя по всему. Место распоряжение не самое удачное - до Изолы Беллы 15 мин пешком по обочине дороги, до фуникулера - 10 мин.
Если выходить из отеля налево, то можно дойти до песчаного пляжа, там народа в разы меньше!
Так же есть лестница в город, на такая обхоженная, как от Изолы Беллы, но зато рядом.
Завтраки скудные - для 4* совсем скромно.
Обслуживание отличное, все довольны, все улыбаются.
Кто на машине - с парковкой беда, у отеля 5 машиномест, на дороге на припарковаться.
Если повезёт с номером, то шикарный вид на море! У нас был Делюкс, 3ий этаж, тут же выход к бассейну, очень удобно. Сам бассейн небольшой. Кстати, отель находится в тени после 12 дня, соответственно, у бассейна не позагорать.
По цене был выигрышнее, но стоит ли того, неуверен.
