My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

This stay was fantastic! The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and blankets were perfectly smooth and odorless, the tabletop and floor were spotless, the bathroom tiles were sparkling clean, and even the crevices of the sink were free of stains—the cleanliness was impeccable. The thoughtfully provided disposable slippers were thick, non-slip, and even more comfortable than the ones I brought. The best part was that the shopping area was right downstairs; it was just a few minutes' walk to the mall, making shopping incredibly convenient! It was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. The bed was so soft that I slept soundly all night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and even assisting me with my luggage. The location is also convenient, close to attractions and subway stations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Booked double bedrooms with bathrooms on 8/f. Pros: The place is clean. Bed is on the firmer side which i like. Windows have screens to keep mosquitos away. Drains have no smell. Hot water is hot enough n good pressure. They provide disposable towels, so you need to bring your own if you r not keen on using disposable. Location is fantastic. Client services are great, provided suggestion on a year card for seven-star cave. Hair dryer n room cleaning at request Door can be licked from inside=safety👍😍 Cons: like most accommodations in china, you can hear people speaking in hallway. Lucky no noisy neighbors at night. Some constructions carry out in a flat nearby, so noise starts at around 830am. The lift lobbies and hallway still have protective plastics so the building is not fully occupied....

I have been living in this hotel before. I have lived for several years. This time I came to breakfast and changed a lot. There are more soup noodles. There are meat, powder sausage and pigs. It is a lot richer. The room has been renovated. The design is novel and comfortable. In the four sessions, it should be counted as one of the best. It must be praised for the intelligent customer control system. The operation is simple and the response is fast. There is no need to find switches and remote controls everywhere, and the hands are liberated throughout the process. The details are in place and the experience is smooth. I don't want to live in an ordinary room after I have lived. I will choose here next time.

Not far from Seven Star Crags, the location is convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very helpful and patient, answering all our questions. The room was spotlessly clean, making us feel at ease. Overall, it's a well-rounded hotel with clean rooms, comfortable bedding, and complete facilities – a truly comfortable stay. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit Zhaoqing!

The room is very good, facing the Star Lake, There are two rooms and the environment is quite big. I live on the top floor, The day of check-in is hot, If the summer vacation is over, it is recommended to communicate with the store in advance. Open the air conditioner in advance, it will be better, Otherwise it's too hot. I can take a walk around the lake in the morning, which is very comfortable.
