AAnonymous UserRoom 301 is clean and has a large balcony facing Qixingyan. The price is reasonable and the lady boss is very talkative. The service is always responsive. The breakfast has many varieties and is enough to fill you up. The B&B has a lot of cats, and you can pet them. The restaurant also has its own taste and good taste. If the requirements are high. You can book a higher-end B&B next door to theirs, which is owned by the same family. Finally, I wish you a prosperous business, but some areas still need improvement. 1: Good location. 2: The price matches the room service. 3: Parking is not very convenient. You need to park in the parking lot at the back, which is a bit far away. 4: Scenic spot management needs to be improved. 3-4 is not a problem for B&Bs haha

I come a lot to zhaoqing and to this hotel because it is amazing the service
Downstairs there are restaurants and a supermarket. If you get the year ticket you can go in different seasons snd see the view changing in each of them

MMaoxiaogang MorrisIt is indeed a treasure hotel in Zhaoqing with high cost performance. Although the location is not near Zhaoqing's famous attractions, Duanzhou District in Zhaoqing itself is not big, so it is very convenient to stay in Zhuorui for sightseeing or doing business. At the same price, the indoor facilities of the room are absolutely unrivaled in Zhaoqing, and other hotels that are a hundred more expensive probably can't compare. The bathroom is separate for washing and using the toilet, which shows that the owner of this hotel is serious about building a hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked for a higher floor, they took the initiative to upgrade me to a room in a higher area for free. Parking is convenient. The first floor of the hotel is their own hotel open to the public. The breakfast is made by the chef, and other local dishes are also reasonably priced. It is surrounded by restaurants that are frequented by local people, as well as big fish fishermen. It is convenient to experience the life of local people. If you come to Zhaoqing again, without hesitation, this restaurant should be your best choice.

Pros: The place is clean. Bed is on the firmer side which i like. Windows have screens to keep mosquitos away. Drains have no smell. Hot water is hot enough n good pressure.
They provide disposable towels, so you need to bring your own if you r not keen on using disposable.
Location is fantastic.
Client services are great, provided suggestion on a year card for seven-star cave. Hair dryer n room cleaning at request

Cons: like most accommodations in china, you can hear people speaking in hallway. Lucky no noisy neighbors at night. Some constructions carry out in a flat nearby, so noise starts at around 830am. The lift lobbies and hallway still have protective plastics so the building is not fully occupied....

JJu MamaThe hotel is quite new, open in 2022, located right next to Zhaoqing Railway Station and has access connected to the train station, it is very convenient. The other side of the hotel is a bus terminus, so many options of bus routes for travelling around Zhaoqing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a chat bot in the room for providing certain services/ information (you need to speak and understand Mandarin for the chat bot). A robot helps delivery of amenities.
One side of the hotel rooms are facing a lake, nice view, but as it’s also next to a vehicle route, you may hear noises from traffic (make sure the windows close tightly). The other side of the hotel rooms are facing mountain, quieter this side.
The hotel serves simple breakfast (rather Chinese style).
In general, I am happy for my hotel stay. It’s good value for money.

FFloatingzenLocation: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices.
Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go.
Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix)
Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly.
Facilities: Washing machine located in room.
Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives.
Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par.
Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the main entrance of Changdachang. Parking is free. It is very intimate to have a free breakfast at the door of the room in the morning. The room is still quite big for me personally. There is hot water for free air conditioning 24 hours a day. Good quality and cheap. It is still in a lively place in the No. 4 Square. It is still possible to bring the baby to play here. The front desk staff is still very enthusiastic. This price is completely acceptable. Oh, yes, the room has a balcony. The air is fresh. For people like me who bring a baby, I still like it, and the room cleaning service staff is still clean and detailed! I still bring my baby here to play when I have time: (⊙o⊙)

BBeibaokeduxingxiaThe room area is basically the same as the picture promotion. The wet and dry parts of the bathroom are not separated, which affects bathing. The bathroom is hygienic, but the wash basin is a bit weird, placed in the corner and unreasonably arranged. The towels and bath towels were a bit old and looked uncomfortable. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the quilt cover is new, and it feels good. It's just that the quilt is relatively thin, so I woke up a little bit from the cold without turning on the air conditioner at night.
