Pet friendly Hotels Wutai

The whole family came to Mount Wutai together. It was off-season so there were not many tourists. We arrived after 11pm, but there were still many parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. It was really easy to park. After checking in, the front desk upgraded the room for free. The hotel has no elevator. The front desk guy took the initiative to help carry the suitcase to the second-floor room. Each room has a separate wifi, and the speed is quite fast. The hotel is very close to Shuxiang Temple. Because it is off-season, Shuxiang Temple opens at 8 am in the morning. It is really inconvenient and cold if you don't drive. Next time I come, I will choose a warmer season and I will choose to stay here again.

The location of the inn is very good, very close to Wuye Temple and on a nearby commercial street, but it is not facing the street, so it is not noisy and very quiet. There is a parking space in front of the inn, so you don't need to park in the large parking lot across the commercial street, which is good. The inn has a tour guide service. Although I didn't use it, I can feel the considerate service. You can get a 12% discount on dinner at the hotel. The chef is very good at it and almost ate it all. But drinks are really expensive, so it’s best to buy them in the supermarket yourself if possible. It’s worth mentioning that it’s pet-friendly! The dog lived happily too!

The hotel facilities are old. The whole corridor smells like the cafeteria. It's not the smell of cooking, but the smell of old grease in the cafeteria. The sewer smells bad in the room. The tatami and sofa are very dirty. The shower head fixing seat is broken and can't be stuck at all. The hot water doesn't flush and it's not very hot even when it's turned on to the end. The projector remote control battery is dead. The breakfast is not delicious. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in under Huazhu Club. So I really can't give a good review. Good place, convenient parking. Although there is no air conditioning in the house, the floor heating makes the room very warm, and it is not cold even if you don't cover yourself with a quilt at night. The service attitude of the staff is very good, positive and enthusiastic, and responsive. I bought two breakfasts, and the waiter saw that there were three of us and gave us one breakfast for free. Thank you very much.

I think it would be better to deepen the communication with the guests and integrate breakfast into it. It would be better if the sound insulation could be increased. I will probably choose here again next time I come.

I often come to Mount Wutai, and after seeing the recommendation from Ctrip, I booked a newly opened homestay: it is located in the most prosperous Yangbaiyu Service Area in the scenic area. The homestay is right there after you park your car nearby. The lighting on the first floor is a little blocked, but the second floor is bright and spacious, with antique decoration and exquisite details, much like the lay Buddhist building in a certain temple. The room is decorated with solid wood, the linens are comfortable, it is a brand new room but has no smell, it has floor heating and is equipped with independent air conditioning, so you can control the temperature yourself. The boss, Xiao Dong, seems very down-to-earth. He recommends some routes, makes travel guides, and also provides tour guide services. However, since I come here so often, it is useless. The store offered tributes, and the boss personally took us to the Wuye Temple to burn incense. It was very good service, five stars for encouragement!

Ot's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower. The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly. The hotel is also close to the central bus station. The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were. She then helped us to get our partial redunds. And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong. She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away. So top marks for her customer service The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast ) We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel

The first time I came to Wutai Mountain, the accommodation was really good, it was very convenient to come in by car, the environment was not like other noisy hotels or homestays, the environment here was very return to nature. I just booked 360, and then I saw that the space capsule was so good after I arrived, I upgraded it decisively. The store’s young lady and brother have a great service. The boss is also very good, very patient, and help answer the questions. By the way, the northeastern dishes in the yard are also super delicious. After ordering, they will help you deliver to the room. The taste is really good, especially the pot-wrapped meat. I was surprised to eat such an authentic pot-wrapped meat in Shanxi (our two hometowns in Heilongjiang are pure northeast people). In short, the experience is very good, and I will stay next time.

Every detail of the homestay is surprising, from the exquisite decoration to the comfortable bedding, you can feel the owner's care. The check-in process was very smooth, and the boss also recommended a lot of local specialties and attractions. I don't want to leave after living here! There are also cute souvenirs, which is really great

The environment and hygiene of the homestay are quite good in the scenic area. Disposable bath towels and towels are provided, which is quite thoughtful and understands the needs of customers. The homestay is not located next to the main road in the Wutai Mountain Scenic Area, but you can take the scenic area's free shuttle bus Line 10 to the ”Dachegou” station, get off and follow the navigation to get there. The first time I went there I was a little confused, so I took a taxi from the bus station, and when I came out the boss drove me to the main street himself. After walking around the scenic area, I found Line 10, which is a blue and white bus. It is more spacious and comfortable than ordinary buses and it is free, so it is quite convenient to get in and out. So overall the experience was good, quiet, sanitary, and the boss was nice. By the way, I also gave a Wuye Temple bracelet when I checked out:)

The owner of the homestay is very good, the decoration is also very design, the room is also very clean and very natural, very suitable for relaxing. And the boss also has a lot of books to cultivate self-cultivation, it is a holiday resort ～
