We brought our child for a summer vacation and booked two rooms. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The food at the owner's food stall was delicious, reasonably priced, and tasty. I made a last-minute decision to go to Danxia Mountain and saw that I had booked Yunsu Hotel 8 years ago, but I hadn't called the owner to make a reservation beforehand. The owner told us to stay at Firefly Hotel instead. Back then, Firefly Hotel had just opened, and the walls and room facilities were relatively new, so it was alright. 8 years later, when I booked Firefly again, it was much older and more worn out. Water was constantly dripping from the air conditioner at the door, and the sheets seemed unwashed; they were quite itchy. The only redeeming quality was the price.

The environment is super good, living on the upper floor, and seeing the sunrise 🌅, it is so beautiful, I will choose here next time.

I had quite high hopes and was initially pleasantly surprised upon arrival. However, the bathroom had a strange smell. After I contacted the butler, it improved slightly once they flushed it again. Later, when it rained, the umbrella for the plunge pool was broken. The butler didn't offer to repair it or even suggest moving us to a different room, which left me feeling quite underwhelmed.

It wasn't a big deal—just a phone charger. I had two chargers, one on the table and one by the bedside. Checking out, packing, getting in the car, and driving home took over three hours, and when I got home, I found one charger was missing. I figured I must have left it somewhere, so I started working backwards: it wasn't in the car or in the luggage; I hadn't stopped on the way; and the guesthouse was only 50 meters from the car—it's unlikely I'd only lost a charger. So I called the landlady and politely asked if she had seen it while cleaning the room. The landlady first asked which room I wanted. I gave her my phone number and name, and told her which room on the second floor I was staying in (sorry, I don't remember the exact room number). But after checking, she definitely assumed I was staying on the third floor and didn't see my charger. I was really embarrassed; I was definitely staying on the second floor. How could she assume I was on the third floor after only three hours? Then she gave me a cleaning number and told me to go ask. I called again, and they said they didn't see anything on the third floor. I repeatedly emphasized that I was staying on the second floor, but it was no use.
