As an interior designer and frequent domestic and international traveler, I have very high expectations for hotels. This B&B is a fantastic project overall. It's very clean, reasonably priced, and not too large. Small yet exquisite. Next time I go back, I'll try the courtyard room on the first floor. Staying at the very back, it would be great to have some friends over for a drink and a chat. If you have a fear of making choices, don't hesitate; this inn is a good choice. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and I couldn't finish it. The owner is very welcoming. In this era of B&Bs, I hope his business prospers, and that he stays true to his original aspirations and continues to do better. Come on. See you next time.

The guesthouse I stayed at this time was truly excellent. The environment was quiet and clean, and the location was great—right inside the ancient town's pedestrian street, making it very convenient for exploring. The owner was very friendly; when I needed a shoe brush to wash my shoes, he specially went and bought one for me. The interior decoration was antique and elegant, and the owner paid great attention to detail!

The location is excellent, close to two large parking lots, a few minutes walk. Quiet in the middle of noisy, very quiet in the ancient city. The yard is very large, and there is a Tai Chi area below, which is much more atmospheric than many small yards in the ancient city, which has a lot of flavor. This was my first time visiting Kong Family Courtyard, and I was absolutely delighted with it. I love this kind of quaint and elegant small courtyard – it's perfect for relaxation. We stayed in a family room; it wasn't huge, but the kids absolutely adored the upstairs area. The room was clean and well-maintained. A special shout-out to the butler service, which was incredibly warm, lively, and thoughtful, making us feel very comfortable. Finally, thank you for the New Year's gift, we really loved it! I hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the great location and you feel like you moved in time. Room is clean and shower works well. Beautiful courtyard downstairs. Breakfast let us down. There was no fresh orange juice or average food. The room can get hot even with air conditioner on. I did not find it as an issue but if you plan to arrive in August or June it could be a problem. There is a cosy wibe in this place and we would come back. Price is excellent.

The location is easy to find, the parking lot is very close, but there are not many parking spaces. There is also a large parking lot 10 minutes' walk away. It's very quiet by the river. The environment is simply invincible. The children don't want to go home. The yard is antique and very big. The parent-child suite is very spacious, with two sanitary napkins and rain shower, as well as heating and disposable face towels. It was so comfortable to live in. Otherwise, I could have taken a lot of photos in the yard if I was in a hurry. The boss was very kind. The room with stairs was inconvenient for my little one to get up and down. He took the initiative to help us change to a suite. Thank you very much.
