"The hotel facilities are very good, up to the standard of star hotels, with good room types and a unique lobby. The room I stayed in was just the right size, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The hygiene was good, the linens were clean and comfortable, the service was standard, and the service was enthusiastic. The breakfast was very good. The environment was first-class, and it was in Beihu Park. The hotel was opposite the commercial square, and the location in the city center was very convenient. It is recommended that guests who come to Nanchong choose this hotel first. There are plenty of self-driving spaces in Nanchong, and you can take the train or the plane. I took two photos of Beihu Park from the window sill of the room."

"Hi, I'm staying at this hotel again! It's as good as always – great soundproofing, close to the 1227 shopping district, very convenient for drinks and other things. There's a bus stop right outside, and free parking is super convenient for those driving. There are tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is clean and odor-free, the smart devices have super smooth voice control, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, the toiletries are gentle, and the front desk service is warm and efficient. Excellent value for money, a top choice for business trips and travel!"

"The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior."

"Must praise this whole season 5.0 Xiaoshanqing! On the day of check-in, the front desk saw me alone, and asked if I needed help packing. I also found carton and tape for me. I packed the specialties in a regular manner. When I checked out, I took the initiative to help me carry my luggage into the car. It was really as intimate as a friend. The rooms are as clean and tidy as ever. The aunt cleans them every day. Even the charging cable will help me take care of them. All kinds of small details make people feel warm. Let's talk about the location. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to Beihu Park. It is especially comfortable to practice in the morning; Going to the 1227 shopping plaza is also within walking distance, there are merchants there, Starbucks, Hey Tea, and various Nanchong authentic snacks, shopping and eating one-stop super worry-free. The most important thing is that the luggage can be stored for free after check-out. I went to 1227 and went around for a walk, which did not affect the itinerary at all. The stable quality of the whole season plus the warm heart service of this store, I will choose here next time I come to Nanchong!"

"We had a family trip and stayed at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel in Nanchong, and overall we were very satisfied. The environment is lovely, with fresh air, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The service was attentive and polite, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious – our child loved it. The facilities are comprehensive, with a children's play area and an outdoor lawn, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Parking is convenient, and it's easy to get around. This hotel is highly recommended for families!"

"Located near Wangfujing Department Store, the navigation was very accurate, and the price was extremely reasonable. Some reviews mentioned the hotel was old, but I thought it was alright. The rooms have paneling, which doesn't look old, and it's quite nice. The only downside was the slippers were a bit slippery. I hope the owner will see these reviews and address this. If guests slip and fall in the room wearing these slippers, it would be a real headache and a huge hassle. Please choose non-slip slippers; don't try to save money and create unnecessary trouble for yourself. Everything else was great. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast, though simple, was quite delicious and already very good. I also want to mention that the service was impeccable—superb! They brought me whatever I needed very quickly. The management is excellent! Finally, I wish the owner great success!"

"I did not have any expectation for this hotel because it was my first time visiting Nanchong. But my experience at this hotel turned out to be very outstanding. Even though the room permitted smoking, there was no cigarette smoke at all as they cleaned up the room very well. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The staff was also very polite and helpful. Well worth the money also. Highly recommended!"
