TTianlanshuiqingshulvThe location is great! Right outside, you can enjoy night tours and the Gongnong Bridge. You can take a taxi to Jima Pier to take a bamboo raft. After getting off the raft, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. I don't recommend taking the electric shuttle to Jima Pier for the bamboo raft, as you'd have to take another shuttle back to the pier, which is inconvenient. Getting to West Street is also just a taxi ride away, usually around 17 RMB. For food, I suggest trying rice noodles or just grabbing something from the snack stalls on West Street – they're cheap and the taste is decent. The beer fish and beer duck are pretty average, worth trying at most once. On rainy days, I didn't feel like visiting many attractions. My main enjoyment was the bamboo raft ride; the scenery was beautiful.

YYY9991As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, this was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a delightful surprise! Besides the room layout which wasn't quite to my taste, everything else was simply perfect. I highly recommend other hotels learn from their butler service here. The butler manages absolutely everything, big or small, offering a comprehensive, one-stop service for dining, accommodation, and travel. They handle all discounts that apply, and every staff member seems ready to assist you at a moment's notice. They even helped me book tickets for the Liu Sanjie show and 'Eternal Love' performance. Just tell them what you need, and they'll solve it. The à la carte dishes at the restaurant were also amazing; I ate till I was stuffed every time. Breakfast was decent. It's definitely worth experiencing. Finally, I wish all the staff good luck in the Year of the Horse and a prosperous business!

KKimmWe had a wonderful stay at The Tong Resort in Yangshuo with our family. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the heated swimming pool was such a treat — especially after a day of exploring. The kids’ room is fantastic, with fun activities for both younger and older children. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to one of the evening waitresses who truly went above and beyond — she deserves a 10 out of 10 for her effort and kindness. Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of Western and local options. Although the team doesn’t speak much English, communication through WeChat worked really well. We highly recommend this hotel. While you’re in Yangshuo, don’t miss out on a scenic bike tour with Asian Bikes and a cooking class at Cloud 9 Cooking School — both were absolute highlights and run by the loveliest people. The pool area is cozy and relaxing! This is truly a top hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!! ❤️

GGuest UserRevisiting Chuxin Homestay was just as delightful as the first time! This time, I chose the Early Summer King Room, which was absolutely fantastic. It's spacious and even comes with a mahjong table, offering distant views of the mountains. Every photo I took was stunning, no filter needed! The service and cleanliness were, once again, impeccable. Staying for three nights, the room was cleaned spotless every single day. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and I slept incredibly sound and deep each night. It felt just like the comfort of home, instantly curing all my travel fatigue. The location is simply unbeatable. It's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby; you can walk to authentic Yangshuo-style farmhouse restaurants. Getting to tourist spots is also quick and hassle-free. The biggest surprise, though, was Fa Cai, the adorable and well-behaved pet at the homestay. He's so affectionate, and I'd spend ages petting him every time I passed by – he instantly brightened my mood. I've already added this place to my top must-stay list for Yangshuo. I'll definitely choose Chuxin again next time. It's a perfect score for both value for money and the overall experience. You can book with confidence; you won't be disappointed! ✨

TTanya McGeerWe absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly and could speak English, and the food at the hotel was amazing. This was one of our best experiences in China. I would recommend this place to anyone. The villa/farmhouse we stayed in is perfect for big groups. The villa/farmhouse has 5 big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and western toilet. The food at the hotel was brilliant! The courtyard in front was lovely in the mornings for breakfast, and the restaurant on the roof was amazing in the evening, looking over the mountains. We loved it, will definitely be back there soon! Thank you for an amazing stay and friendly hospitality.

HHuangyuThe hotel is located in a bustling area, with Yangshuo West Street just a 2-3 minute walk to the left. We wanted to rent electric bikes, and the hotel does offer them. However, we arrived a bit late, and all the bikes were already rented out. No worries, the staff kindly took us to a nearby rental shop to get one. Great service, thumbs up! 👍

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right at the entrance of West Street. The front desk even upgraded us to a room with a view, and we could see the stone bridge at the West Street entrance right from our window. The room was very spacious, and the cleanliness was good. The off-season price was also excellent value for money. The service was quite thoughtful too; they automatically gave us two key cards and some dining discount vouchers. Overall, a really good experience!

The rooftop 'Sky Mirror' offers stunning panoramic views of the winding Li River – it's like a built-in filter for your photos, every shot looks professional! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to West Street, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. Plus, there's free parking, which is a huge bonus if you're driving. They offer a complimentary buffet breakfast, and the rooms are spacious. I loved relaxing on the balcony sofa during the day, just unwinding and enjoying the mountain scenery, and then watching the sunset in the evening – it felt like time just slowed down. The room I booked even had a soaking tub, and bathing while looking at the mountains was incredibly relaxing! For anyone looking to escape the city for a bit, a weekend here is truly rejuvenating!

GGuest UserVery friendly staff. They were extremely helpful advising what to see and do. On arrival we checked into a very large room but unfortunately it was on the ground floor with no privacy. The inn responded promptly to our concern and switched us to the 2nd floor in the main building. We were very grateful for that arrangement.
