Comfortable clean and new rooms at a good price. As such, it’s a very good for value hotel. However, Breakfast was quite simple and not really delicious or good. Hotel is just opposite a big shopping mall (9 level) so you can eat there and shop there or watch movie there or get foot massage in many places near the hotel. Very well located hotel and convenient due to its close proximity to shopping mall.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The service is great. I was worried that I couldn't find a place. I called in advance to tell us how to get there. I also saw that we were upgraded to a business twin room for free with children. It is also very close to Canton Tower. It won't take long to walk without children. We brought children. It's okay to eat nearby first and then walk over. It's very convenient to eat and buy things downstairs, and it's not expensive. I like that there are many clothes racks and a washing machine. It's really convenient for family travel. There is a pool on the balcony, where you can wash fruits and so on. Although it is by the roadside, it is fine if you close the window and slide the door.

It seems that this is my first time staying at Wyndham. The room rate starts at 4000, and I was upgraded to a small suite, which is nice. The hotel lobby is quite impressive, and it is also beautifully decorated at night. The linens in the room are nice and new, and the shower has hot water. The hotel is on Haidian Island, which is generally quiet. There is a large supermarket across the road for supplies. Going east past the primary school, there is a small farmers' market where you can see the fireworks. The choice of food and drink restaurants within walking distance is relatively limited. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Haida Night Market.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

When I came out to stay at the hotel, my most important thing was hygiene. This newly opened hotel and the sanitary environment service won my heart. Hotel service is awesome! The front desk staff was amiable, the check-in and check-out procedures were quick and accurate, and we also upgraded the room type intimately. Room service is even more meticulous, not only cleaned spotlessly, but also carefully adjusted the placement of items according to our needs. Staying here is a complete enjoyment, like the hotel team!

The location is very good. It's right in Hainan Building, the Internet Building. It's very close to the company's office. It's right in Hainan Building. It's very convenient to travel. The room is clean, tidy, bright and fully equipped, especially the bedding is very comfortable, very satisfied! Service: The service is warm and thoughtful. The girl is excellent and polite. Any problems will be solved in time and drinks will be given as a gift. Environment: The only thing is that it is not very soundproof. You can hear the sound of faucets running and voices in the rooms next to each other. It is very torturous to meet some people who come in the middle of the night. I hope Yaduo can put more effort into soundproofing, because your Bedding has already created a brand with a certain market share. To build Sleep Bar, I think it must be quiet, soundproof, and bedding, so that it can perfectly interpret Sleep Bar!

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of.
