The room is spacious and very clean, with all the bathroom amenities fully provided — you barely need to bring anything yourself. The front desk staff are lovely and kind. Although they don’t speak English, they used a translation app to communicate and provided genuinely warm service.

We were here for vacation and very amazed with the friendly staff and good services. They were swift to respond to our needs for stuff replacement in the room and information on surrounding shopping and attractions. Special call out to Qiu Lin for her great assistance. The quality of this hotel is unbelievable! Secondly, the hotel rooms are beautifully decorated, with plenty of light, complete facilities, clean and comfortable bedding, and very comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring that I can get a good rest environment. In addition, the hotel's catering is also first-class. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious food options. The washing machine is LG brand, and the waiter also helps with washing clothes. The service is also very thoughtful.

Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

This homestay in Haikou is amazing. From the beginning, you can see all kinds of handmade sculptures with a strong sense of art, which is a rare Hainan local Wenchang style in China. From the public area to the room, all kinds of furniture and furnishings are very exquisite, and you can feel that the store is very attentive and has a high taste. The windows facing the arcade old street have a Monaco European style. In addition, the breakfast delivered to the room is also very rich and delicious, and you can once again feel the thoughtful and considerate service of the store. The bathroom space in the guest room is very spacious, and the facilities and supplies are also of high quality. I specially went around the floors of the store to the roof terrace, which is decorated with original oil painting galleries. It is a quality art homestay that is worth experiencing. Listening to the waiter's introduction, this homestay is a work that has won the International Architectural Decoration Design Award. There is one shortcoming in the accommodation process, that is, the parking space is not easy to find. Be sure to understand the location of the parking lot with the store in advance, and the store will send a waiter to pick up the luggage.

This stay was perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the concierge's warm greeting made me feel warm. The room was luxuriously furnished, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city night view, soft and comfortable bedding, and all smart devices were available. 2nd time staying here Near to haikou dong high speed rail Counter service is good. Helpful over the booking of transport. Not all apps back home is applicable here. The room is spacious and clean. In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day. Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand) Cinema is located just next to hotel. Mini bar too. Many shops to room around. Near to MEI LAN airport. 20mins

The location is super nice on the old street, and the aesthetic of the rooms is nice, with a bit of wooden smell as well. However, some things were a bit below what I'd expect: -＞ The A.C. can cool the main room (seating area) well, but due to the loft bed and lack of fan, it stay warm for a long time, just barely gets a bit cool later. -＞ When you leave the room and remove the card, even the sockets stop working! Usually I understand turning off the lights / A.C. etc, but ideally sockets would stay powered to charge stuff. Since I wasn't in my room often, I couldn't keep my laptop charged as expected. Other than that, some walls were slightly moldy in the corners and a bit of grime around the edges, but not too shabby.
