Holiday Inn Paris - Gare de Lyon Bastille Reviews

Stayed for 5 nights. The area is perfect as it is located near Gare de Lyon central train station with easy access to different parts of Paris. The hotel is kinda old and improvisions done from the old structure to make it more at par with our regular hotel. Staffs from receptionist to housekeeper deliver excellent service with the intention to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The also serve good and tasty breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was my second time here and I loved it just as much as the first time. Respectful staff who are always willing to help and great location with the metro just a few mins away.

Is 5 minutes walk away from Gare Lyon station. The room is clean and spacious and the bathroom is nice . Remember to bring ur own toothpaste / toothbrush and shower cap.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is great (buffet), the service at the counter is fast and the staff is very understanding (they speak many languages), we lived in a double room: the room is comfortable, clean, although the windows overlook the wall of houses, but the location is close to the Bastille and the Lyon train station. There is a shop and cafes nearby.

The front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

I'm not sure if this is the case in Paris in general, but it was incredibly cramped. A family of three booked two rooms, but they gave us an attic-like room that required dragging a large suitcase down stairs, which was disappointing.

A very bad experience. The room was not cleaned when I checked in. It was very dirty and messy. The hotel staff did not deal with it very actively. It was the worst hotel experience ever.

Exceptional location for this Holiday Inn. Service met expectations. The only downside was the reception's complete refusal to include my stay, booked through Trip.com, in the awarding of IHG points. Also, the room was relatively cramped and poorly laid out. For one night, why not? For more, consider it more carefully.

The room was very clean. It was very new. The hotel is located next to the station. It was very convenient for me to take the train. I didn't have to carry my luggage back and forth.

The room is relatively clean. The room size is not small in Paris. There is a kettle, a table and storage space. There is another door from the entrance to the bedroom. The soundproofing is very good in Paris. The bathroom is of a good size and bright. The service is also relatively good. It is a 2-minute walk to the Lyon train station. There are several subway lines and the transportation is very convenient.

As a large chain, I feel that this hotel has been operating for a long time and has worked hard to maintain it. The interior is small but comfortable. The only thing I strongly recommend is that the hotel change towels and sheets. The sheets have stains and the bath towels are almost gray. It has been a long time since they bought new ones. Please ask the front desk for slippers and toothbrushes.
