"This is hotel is shabby and rundown - on arrival my door didn’t lock. The hotel owner showed me how to fix it so it locked and I was satisfied with that - however, he asked me to go inside the room with him and I said ‘no’ to which he began shouting at me. I complained to reception (who was nice) and she told me the person sorting out my door was the owner. The manager was called who was equally rude to me and invaded my personal space - the owner offered to take me for a glass of wine which I declined. Didn’t feel comfortable the entire time I was there and never had breakfast for fear of bumping into either man. Would certainly not recommend at all especially for solo females."

I would like to make a special mention to Drhuba who supplied all our drinks while at the beach and looked after us. He is a credit to the hotel and deserves a medal for working so hard in that heat. All the staff were great including the reception staff and a thank you to the cleaners who work so hard. We look forward to visiting next year once the new water park is built."

"We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks at mare Paphos. The food is amazing plenty of choice. We went to the burger bar, the Italian and the aroma restaurant, the staff were so friendly and you get so much food. The operations manager Sergio is lovely so accommodating thank you so much for what you did. Silvio the restaurant manager always has a smile and a hello whenever you see him. Stella who works in the adults pool was always happy and smiling always coming to your sun beds with drinks. The hotel is very big but you never have to wait long for food or drinks. The cleaners work so hard cleaning the rooms everyday. If you are thinking of going you will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work mare missing you already. Thank you Carole"

"As per the title this was our 9th visit (14 nights), our 8th was in May for 10 nights. We’ve been coming to this hotel since 2017 and seen many changes but in my wife and I opinion Thomas has got this this hotel to the absolutely top of the tree. A new addition was the DJ on the deck a few nights a week which was brilliant. Once again the standard of food and booze and service was second to none with superb staff. Every member of staff is so welcoming and friendly but a few who I’d like to mention are Oxanya/Neru/Hassan/Tanbin and the wonderful Vesi. A massive thank you once again Thomas for everything you’ve done for us over the years. Lastly can’t wait to see the lovely Maria ( always smiling and laughing at reception) next year. Ps there’s 2 unsung members of staff who I’d like to mention firstly Kyra ( absolutely brilliant) and Allam who’s 1st at the pool (7am) every single day ensuring everything is ship shape ( he deserves a medal). "We would like to thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week away. The first and last member of staff we saw was Angelina on reception and she was friendly and courteous all the way through our stay. I also need to mention Robert and Eleni at the bar who worked very long hours, but always with a smile. In the restaurant Harun (very charming chap who is very accommodating with the wine!). I can't remember all the staffs names, however, every single one of them was amazing from start to finish. We only went for a week and opted for a standard room. It may have been basic, but it was clean and the beds, we both found comfortable (some would consider them firm). The food was plentiful and varied and the drink more than palatable (try the cocktails which are free on the all inclusive). The entertainment in the evenings was a giggle and gave you a chance to mix with the other guests. I would suggest to anyone who goes there to have a wonder around (as we only thought there was one pool, there are three!) All in all a very pleasurable time was had by us and we would happily go back. By the way, the hotel is also very well situated (about 20 minute walk to Paphos harbour) and the local bus station is 2 minutes away. Happily recommend! Many thanks once again for a pleasant stay."

"Beautiful hotel located in a very convenient location! The room is very spacious although we did not get a front view room ( we are facing the other residential building next to the hotel), the big tree right next to the balcony did add up to the privacy. An outside facing room would be great for the stay but may be because we asked for quiet room, that’s why the hotel placed us there. The soundproof is very good in the room once the balcony door is closed, so I do think that even facing the swimming pool or street, there won’t be much noise :) Shower is good! Strong water pressure and drainage is perfect! A/C is good, definitely cold enough for mom. House keeping did a good job except after the second day, she did not give us another bottle of water in the room and missing out the face towels on one day and I have to go to reception to ask for them two days in a row. But overall good cleaning no complaints. Breakfast menu in my opinion could be bigger and provide more options. The quality of food was amazing though especially the avocado spread sourdough which we ended up having it 3 out of 4 days. And the coffee, is to die for ! Must try their Freddo espresso / cappuccino !!! Just so good! Very smiley and friendly staff at the restaurant, reception and swimming pool especially Katalyn at the breakfast , always smiling, greeting us and remembering us at the breakfast. Hospitality is about how they make you feel and I think she did it well:) Last but not the least, swimming pool area was so beautifully designed, the reflection under the water made you feel like you are in one of those Vogue magazine picture😝. Sunbed was super comfy 10/10. Gym was a bit small in case anyone care about that. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely book again if I ever go back and will recommend to my friends!"

"Do not stay here. We booked two apartments and both were unacceptable. The pool was far smaller and dirtier than advertised. One apartment had “beds” that were just mattresses on top of planks, which collapsed on the first day. The other had almost no basic facilities – no toaster, no ironing equipment, no towels, and not even simple toiletries like shower gel or water. One apartment was infested with ants. Any food left out was swarmed, and when we reported it, the owner dismissed us by saying “that’s their home.” Only after realising we had two apartments (one without ants) did he begrudgingly apologise. We also encountered cockroaches and dead bugs. The wifi barely worked, and the air conditioning was both an added charge and almost unusable – it would swing between freezing cold and unbearably hot, with no middle ground. For the price we paid, the quality was disgraceful and far below even the cheapest nearby options. To make matters worse, when checking out, my boyfriend’s expensive watch (clearly visible in photos taken right before we left) disappeared after cleaners entered. When shown the evidence, the owner’s attitude turned hostile – he accused us of planting it deliberately instead of taking responsibility. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. Infested, dirty, missing belongings, and run by an owner who treated us with hostility rather than accountability – all at a cost higher than far better hotels in the area. Please save your money and book elsewhere"

"The hotel is "tired" in the best traditions of coastal hotels, which have been around for many years and the only repairs possible there are cosmetic in the common areas. In general, it was clean, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. If you are going for the azure sea and white sand - you are not in Paphos, the sea here is clean, but it is difficult to call it beautiful. A 20-minute drive away is the beach "Birthplace of Aphrodite" - this is what you will remember for the rest of your life. As for the hotel, the only negative is that in the heat of 35 degrees in the room after a meeting they put one bottle of water 0.5 for two, and then - buy it or during breakfast / lunch. We took a hotel with breakfast included, I also recommend walking around the local establishments - they are delicious."
