Amazing

EEftyWe were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities. Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening. We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻‍♀️ Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants. We were also given a 15% discount and membership card for both of us. Worth giving it a go.

GGuest UserOverall great stay. Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel. Room and bed were comfortable. The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead! The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good. Breakfast is great. We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food. The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views! Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine.

GGuest UserGreat hotel design and hardware with mediocre service: Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast. It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better. Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.

HHONGMEIThe breakfast is rich. The hotel is close to the sea, and it's quite beautiful to watch the sunrise in the sea view room. It has convenient parking. It's suitable for trips of families, parents and children as well as couples. The coastal running track is behind the hotel, which is very convenient for morning exercises. A marine project service point is conveniently located nearby.

The exterior of the hotel needs renovation, such as the building, garden and pool furniture... Inside, the rest of the areas apart from the rooms and reception need care and maintenance... In general terms it is a good hotel but definitely not a 5 stars hotel..

GGuest UserAll of the staff are warm, accommodating & friendly. We were grateful that Maria made sure that we were allocated a room in the building of our choice. The room was very well equipped with a good size & modern fridge & freezer. Plus oven, microwave & all the plates & cutlery you could possibly need. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The resort is clean & both pool areas are kept clean & tidy. Breakfast is excellent value for money. Be aware that you need to bring a towel from home to use at the pool. Very easy to walk into town from this location. Lots of parking

GGuest UserThe property is perfectly located in Phapos. Just a 5-minute walk to one of the main attractions (Tomb of the Kings). There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, and also a mall at about 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel was fairly clean but lacked some room amenities (considering it's a 4 star). The property is old because of which there were stains and marks on the walls. Breakfast was also fine, nothing great! Overall, fine for a short stay.
