"The facilities are beautiful, the staff helpful and solicitous and the food tasty. The breakfast was delicious -- varied, extensive, well stocked -- and the hotel had everything I needed. I would certainly stay here again if my travels bring me back to Pakse."

"Pros - Overall bed and bed sheet are above our expectations, clean, soft and fragrances. We slept in deeper, very nice. ☺️😴 - The staff are friendly and helpful while we request to check out at 7am, they were willing to wait patiently until the boss receive the called to confirmed check out. Great services. 🌞🎖️ -The price are reasonable. 💸 Best choice. Cons - No lift in this building, only staircase so you need climb up with luggage 🙁 - Shared bathroom, a bit inconvenient 😬 Overall Experience:- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I’m rarely in writing reviews, but this hotel highly recommends if you have any plans to visit Pakse!🇱🇦 Location is excellent, very easy to go around and next to Big Mekong river. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is clean, breakfast was good. Room very clean & comfortable! But the WiFi was very bad connection 📶 ( if you have some work to do through laptop, ) I found it a bit hard. Besides that everything was pretty good!!!"

"We only spent one night at this hotel, but it was very pleasant to be able to cool off in the pool after a long minibus journey. The room was spacious and modern, and for once, the pillows were a good size, which prevented us from waking up with a stiff neck. The dining room was very comfortable with its large armchairs; we even had dinner there because the surrounding area wasn't very inviting. Breakfast was à la carte; a buffet would have been better to avoid long waits when a whole group orders with lots of specific requests in English to the poor Laotian waiter who has a limited vocabulary."

"The staff were very friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was fresh, simple, and clean. However, on the morning of my check-out, there was no water in the shower, so I couldn't wash up after returning from the gym. Even after waiting until 1 PM, the water still hadn't come back, so I had to check out all sweaty and smelly. This kind of thing shouldn't happen at a hotel of this price point, not even once! It caused such inconvenience for a guest! Also, there's a lack of life-saving equipment by the pool!"
