Hotels with Parking in Pakse

It is a very good homestay, the owner is very hospitable, the environment is elegant, I look forward to staying in Base next time!

This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property. 

The service was very good, but the restrooms weren't very clean and had a slight odor. Overall, it was okay and worth the money.

Personnel sympathique, les chambres sont propres mais toutes sans fenêtre. Petit déjeuner correct avec un excellent café local du plateau de Bolaven. Nous avions une voiture pour aller dîner au Sesse super restaurant sinon il faut respecter l'horaire de la voiture de l'hôtel.

Trip.com 에서 예약한 호텔에 위치와 실제 호텔의 위치가 완전히 다른 곳에 있어서 비를 쫄딱 맞고 겨우 현지인들에게 물어서 물어서 겨우 도착 했습니다. 트립닷컴에 얘기해서 아마 수정이 될 거 같고 호텔에 대해서 얘기 하자면 호텔은 직원들은 매우 매우 매우 매우 친절 한데 시설이 약간 오래된 느낌 침대에서는 움직일 때마다 삐그덕 삐그덕 소리가 많이 납니다. 가격도 그리 싼 가격은 아니어서 다소 실망 했습니다. 위치도 여행자 거리와는 많이 떨어져 있어서 이동하기에도 매우 불편 했습니다. 하지만직원들의 성실한 태도 와 친절함에 모든 것을 다 용서 할 수 있었습니다. 

This hotel has an excellent location, with plenty of ATMs and restaurants nearby. The staff provided great service and care, and the room looked clean and tidy upon entry. However, I have to deduct stars because I encountered many inconveniences during my stay: 1. The TV didn't work at all. I couldn't watch any channels. Even after calling reception for help, it still didn't work. 2. The TV remote control had no batteries. 3. The air conditioner was leaking so much that even the staff member who came to fix the TV noticed it. 4. The refrigerator was not working. I tried plugging it into every outlet, but it still didn't turn on. 5. There was no chair in the room as shown in the pictures. When I brought food in, I had to sit at the bedside table to eat. 6. In the bathroom, the water didn't drain at all when showering. The water level rose all the way to the toilet. 7. The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear every conversation from people walking outside the room. Plus, someone knocked on the neighboring room's door in the morning, startling me awake because I thought it was our room, but it wasn't. Also, the noise from the air conditioning or what sounded like construction in the back was very loud. I hope this feedback is constructive for future guests and the hotel. I really liked the staff; they were very helpful and spoke Thai very well.

The room was clean, and the location was great—close to the market. The view was stunning!

In the same size city as the small town of Base, this Sengoalang is already the top of the local area. Although I can't complain about 😂😂😂, according to the national conditions of Laos, third world countries, we can't have requirements, hahahahaha...because there are requirements and it doesn't help...People are on that condition. ...One person at the front desk can speak English, and the others speak Thai (~ can translate software to wait, signal 2-3G... Hahaha... often disconnected the network... Don't say it... Hahaha... Make up for it yourself 😅)...

Good hotel, big room.
