Not great, the sheets were not well cleaned. There are lizards all over including inside the room.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. As for the room itself, it is very tired, needs renovation and some furniture needs to be disposed of. The towels are very old and washed out. The price for this room is clearly overpriced.

Снимали делюкс домик - шикарнейшие виды из окна. Тк расположение на холме к некоторым домикам придется топать в горку и подниматься по лестнице. В сезон дождей дорога до отеля размокает. Останавливались на 2 ночи, остались очень довольны - место спокойное, чуть вдали от основных улиц, при этом можно пешком дойти до кафе, которые работают допоздна (тут оно в 7 закрывается) Номер был немного уставший, но все необходимое имелось, еще в гостинице есть услуги прачечной.

One of the most wonderful view ever had from any balconey, mountains, jungels, birds and butterfly. Feel like away from rest of the world. Great open balconey, charming bungalow, good rainshower, lovely real people. Be back on day

This is an absolutely wonderful place. If you are staying in Pai this is a must stay. The views are incredible and absolutely breath-taking and probably the best I have ever seen. You'll enjoy the mist covering and clearing the mountains most days. The people that run the place are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was really nice and was bought to your room every morning and you select your items the night before. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning with the view down the valley was amazing. We had a bath on our balcony which I'd recommend getting. The rooms are spacious and clean and have big windows to enjoy the view from your bed. There is also a decked and covered communal seating area where you can buy food and drinks and enjoy the view. It is a small steep walk to town but they will drop you off and pick you up free or charge if you don't want the walk. They will also pick you up and drop you back at the airport for a price but it's much safer than getting a bus.

There is only 1star left to 5star. Reason is that the rooms are a bit aged. But hey with that amazing view over pai sitting in a yakuzi…. As well the stuff is so so so nice anf helpful. Would always go back and recommend for a stay in Pai. Rent a scooter and you can get along easy. They will pick you up from bus station for free

Beautiful staff and lovely room I surprised my partner to our anniversary and asked the staff to make it special with flowers with breakfast. They were absolutely lovely and prepared everything with so much love Definitely recommend the Delux room Spa bath

Nice clean room with a great view. The bathtub on the balcony adds to the experience. The bad news: - No fire alarm in the ceiling. Not cool. - The staff lied about malaria. When asked, they told me there was no malaria in the area, but I knew two girls had been infected while staying there, and I just tried to have a conversation about it with the staff. I don't understand why they would lie about that. Its not like we were going to cancel our stay, its just about taking precautions.

Maybe tourists like it, but as a longterm resident of Thailand with a Thai wife, we found the place overpriced and shabby. The view is great, but that's all. And the price is quite expensive for what you get, which is some place in dire need of a huge make over. The place looks absolutely nothing like the photos. On top of everything, there was no water at 8am and our car is now infested with big black ants from the car pack. Do yourself a favor and choose from the many other places in Pai.

The hotel is located outside about 5/10 minute bike ride out of the town and the hotel even provided free transport on a motorbike with a cart. I loved it! The hotel is on a big hill though but we rented a motorbike so the hill didn't affect us and when we were at the top the views were just crazy! Some of the best views iv seen throughout my trip. The hotel staff were really helpful and pleasant. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning and the food was really nice. There is a small pool which looked like it doesnt get much sun as its covered due to the amount of trees in the location. Didn't actually use it so unable to comment anymore. Me and my partner stayed here and we had bungalow H6 and it was everything we could of asked for and more. We had a lizard in our bathroom on arrival which I called sir issac Newt-ton which was accepted. For someone coming from the UK I expect to see bugs etc in places where there is so much trees and nature surrounding it. Expect it and if they aren't there then you'll be surprised but if they are there then you won't be disappointed as you expected them :D
