"By far an amazing place to stay the customer service is on point the front desk staff so friendly accommodating I had Sophia the 2 times I stayed and she was so friendly caring and accommodating she helped me w my reservations over the phone that got cxld by a third party but was able to reinstate it and accommodate my stay dates when arriving she was just so nice and compassionate w her customer service my room was ready and the rooms are clean big spacious convenient with the amenities in the room close to stores and places to eat I would recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Oxnard their breakfast in the am and staff is good lots of selection and yummy there’s things for families pool basketball ping pong bbq area work out facility and so amazed w the big washer and dryer no one wants to go home and wash clothes after vacation thank you Oxnard Towne place for another start to finish great vacation experience"

"It’s a super nice hotel complex. Luxury rooms and very spacious. My only complaint was that rooms are not noise proof. Easy to hear what’s going on in other rooms, but the main issue was the AC fans located just outside of the window on the ground floor. It was really noisy and we had to request to move another room. We were lucky as there was an availablity, but we had to move our stuff in the middle of the night. Upstairs rooms are okay. Overall very nice place and good breakfast too."
