This 1,000 ft2 space with a spacious, sun-drenched backyard has been thoughtfully updated and decorated with serene ocean / surf vibes in mind, to help you reset and enjoy your stay by the sand.// The Living RoomOur bright and modern living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, sectional and seating area.// The KitchenThe kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffee/tea bar with brand new Keurig machine, drip coffee and tea options - ready for you to enjoy. The kitchen has a cozy corner-nook with a custom padded bench and plenty of seating.// The BackyardThe kitchen door leads right out to the spacious backyard, with a covered outdoor patio, a jacuzzi and even an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off when you come back from the beach! Feel free to borrow our surfboard and two boogie boards - we love for guests to take them down to the beach. There’s a stackable washer and dryer just outside the kitchen door.// BedroomsThere are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Both rooms have their own flat-screen smart TVs that are ready for easy access to your favorite apps (just bring your account) to Netflix, Hulu, Apple Tv, Prime etc. // PetsWill consider one dog with an additional pet fee.// Special notes- Fireplace cannot be used and is meant for decoration only. - Use of any amenities, including surfboard and boogie boards, are at guests' own discretion and risk.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Children are welcome, but house is not child-proof.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
