It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The receptionist was charming

I got flea bites during this stay. The cleanness needs to be improved immediately. I will submit a formal complaint for this. This is unacceptable. I never have this issue with premier Inn so this is the first time. It makes me thinking next time if I would choose premier inn again.

I've stayed here a couple of times, but this time, it fell way below expectations and previous experience. It started with the sullen lady on reception and the supervisor/boss who was on the desk with her. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. He mumbled something, she did nothing. He mumbled something else. She looked at me, waiting for me to say something. I said I wanted to check in. Her response "name". After several minutes, she mumbled to the man (who was not serving the queue behind me). He didn't hear what she said. She mumbled again. It appears she didn't know his name or how to address him, or she just didn't have any communication skills. It transpired eventually that I had not been allocated a room. In the end, I was given a quad room on the ground floor (room 2). I asked where yo sign in for parking, she mumbled something about it being outside. I had to ask twice again to get a proper answer out of her. The machine was a pay machine. If I hadn't asked would anyone have said anything? It was not obvious that parking had to be paid for, the machine wasn't actually in the car park. Rubbish! The room had seen better days. Mouldy mastic, rusty fittings, and an ancient looking mirror in the bathroom. Having said that, it was only £45 room only. Ultimately, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, I slept well, the water was hot, and the room had what I needed more or less. The guy that was on reception at check-in out was smiley and nice. The service needs to improve, attention to detail in the rooms needs to improve, and having to pay for parking was a surprise. I didn't have to on previous occasions. That should be made clearer. At £45 it's cheap. If I got that price again, I'd probably stay again. However, I wouldn't pay any more than that.

Hotel room was out dated and cold, they had previously put a heater in room that was useless, heating on the wall wasn't working.bathroom was mouldy and no hot water in sink only the shower. No phones in bedroom to report it on.Was going to report to reception when we checked out this morning but wasn't a soul about. For the money I paid I was expecting better.I used it because it was close to hospital for an early appointment but wouldn't stay again otherwise, have stayed in lots of premier inn hotels and this one was poor

Disappointed with the quality of this hotel, shabbier and less hospitable than other Premier Inns we've stayed in. The carpark was strewn with litter when we arrived. All the check in screens were out of order. The room was clean but the slot where you dock your key card was faulty so the electricity would cut out suddenly. We booked and paid for breakfast in advance but when we came to the adjacent Beefeater in the morning we were told they couldn't seat us as we should have completed some secret additional prebooking process in person if we expected to be fed. We had to go away and wait until 10.15 to be seated, and the breakfast service stopped at 10.30. It was a rushed experience cobbling together the dregs of what was left by the other guests. Overall, not worth the £90 we paid to stay there.

The check in lasted 30 minutes. One of the rooms did not heat. There was no hot water. No problems with the other room, comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. We were given a card to follow up our complaint. The car park was filthy and stank on arrival and was not cleaned over night.

The car park is a disgrace with rubbish everywhere and bins overflowing. Having to wait over two hours for supper is not my idea of a fun evening especially having arranged for my family to join us.,............. ...,.....................

I chose this location as I have used it 5 or 6 times previously but this was the 1st time since COVID. When we arrived at 1pm it was understandably too early to check in but we were able to at least park and go in and tell the receptionist we were going out and would not be back until about 10.30pm she confirmed that the room would be kept for a later check in. Tbh alarm bells started to ring when we saw the state of the place on first parking up. The whole of the outside area was filthy rubbish everywhere including the Beefeater linked to it. On our return back that evening about 10.15pm.after being at the theatre we checked in and was directed to block c. Have only ever stayed in block a before and was unaware previously there was a block c. The paths to it were unkempt and full of rubbish and cigarette ends. They were mobile refrigeration units running in the car park. The corridors and stairs were dark and dingy and out room was icy cold. That cold the sheets felt damp. The bathroom was at least clean but that was about it. The heating did not work but there were 2 oil filled radiators in there which we immediately plugged in. The worse was yet to come ....all throughout the night it sounded like the all night traffic was running through our room from the road running parallel and immediately outside our window. This was definitely not a "Premier" and certainly not an "Easy Sleep" experience. We had no sleep whatsoever. I have taken recordings of the traffic noise in our room and have attached photos of our experience. So sad I have used this particular Premier Inn for a number of years but never again. On departing the young receptionist asked me if our stay was okay and I had to tell her how dreadful it was. She simply said" sorry" not her fault. There was little she could do about it. In fact I felt sorry for her as the staff must find it quite depressing. In the car park as we were leaving another gentlemen parked next to us asked us what we thought. He explained that he had been using it for many years as a central location for meeting annually with old school friends of 60 years but he too said never again and was disgusted with the state of the place. First impressions are so important clearing your car park bins etc would be a good start so the rubbish isn't flowing out into the car park.
