It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The receptionist was charming

自助入住,便利快捷,缺點就是離市中心距離有點遠。衞生方便必須加強,因為當晚的枕頭讓人大吃一驚,空調風口有流水聲,持續了一晩上,很吵

Standard Premier Inn. We appeared to have an elephant moving about in the room above, so surprised at the poor sound insulation between floors. A/c unit rumbled like someone with a rumbling tum! I still resent having to pay to park the car. The adjacent Beefeater allows you grace, but you still have to sign the car in at reception.

A covenient place to stay when sight seeing in Oxford. Clean comfortable room, we upgraded to premier plus, very comfy bed. Bathroom had a large walk in rain shower. Tea and coffee and a small fridge were all in the room. Despite being close to the eastern by pass it was very quiet. The hotel is on a business park so there is not a lot around in walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, the 500 runs approximately every 15 minutes straight into the centre of Oxford, £9 return pp. The meals are at the beefeater on site. The food was okay but the cooked breakfast was hit and miss. It did not help when the restaurant duty manager had a stand up row with the chef. Would definately stay here again when visiting Oxford.

Check-in was friendly and simple. Room was as expected. From 12.15am onwards someone tried three separate times to enter our room. We rang the reception and when eventually they answered we were told in no uncertain terms "you are in the wrong room". How could we be in the wrong room when the key card we had been given was for the room we were in? A very scary experience, if we hadn't locked the door before we went to sleep what would have happened then? The receptionist eventually apologised and said we could stay in the room (we had no plan to move either way) and she would look into the mix up. The following morning when we went to check out the Duty manager Christian was very apologetic and offered us a free breakfast which we were happy to accept. The consequences of this experience could have been much worse but thanks to us locking our door we were kept safe. A VERY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE.

A group of us stayed over night for a business trip. The hotel was good value for money. New check in system was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Doing the group booking via Premier Inn's business service (which is free to join) made creating the group booking easier.

We spent two weeks staying here, as visitors from the Falklands, for my wife to attend John Radcliffe Hospital. The room was good, the Beefeater, next door, was very good. The staff have all been extremely supportive and helpful, and polite. We were given an "accessible" room, due to my wife's ambulatory problems, however, rather than a shower/bath combination, just a shower would be very helpful. Or, perhaps, a bath with a door in the side. Also, the door to the room, was too heavy for her to open when she was in her scooter (and the corridor was too narrow, really). The hotel has recently had a few renovations, so I doubt these small observations will be acted upon, at present. The aircon was valuable during the heatwave. The environs, despite a busy road, was surprisingly quiet. But the staff were very, very helpful and polite. Nothing was ever a chore and they seemed to go out of their way to do whatever they could for us.

The bed was ok. The bathroom was snug and it was difficult to get into the shower in the bath. Would have preferred just a shower. Breakfast was not included with the expensive 141 on a Thursday. Continental breakfast was 8.99. Even though my room was ready I was charged an extra 15 to check in early ( after over 4 hour journey). I got bitten by something in the room! Hit my elbow on the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I was warned about keeping the check in card next to my phone by friends. The costs were all advised but very expensive for sleeping for 1 night and early check and breakfast.
